These are the best yet!!! And soooo easy! Had some left over tomatoes and didn't want them getting ripe so I decided to fry them. My mom loved them!!!! She's a good cook and has never been able to master the Fried Green but, these were perfect!! Making them again, now! Thank you Ms. Mattie!🤗
