By meditating on Ram,He liberates.By Guru's grace one gets the priceless Naam, which removes ignorance and illuminates. Those who only talk of Atma Gnyan (and are not pilgrims of spiritual path) do not get freed from the shackles of Ego and Illusion.when one gets a SatGuru, the Ego is vanquished and he progresses. The one who keeps in his heart the Naam of the Lord, ocean of happiness;the kind hearted controller of the world gives liberation, through the knowledge imparted by the Guru. The one who fights with his unruly mind, is able to mingle it with the stable/ peaceful mind.
