Wow Bob and Jenny, what an amazing journey through the pass. The music was really well thought out, beautiful scenery all the way. Loved the clouds over the mountain tops. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful journey x
Thank you for sharing. It looked amazing. Stunning views and I loved how you was quiet on the way up, just showed how you was taking in the views too. I’ve done it once a few years ago with 3 children in toe. This year we go in November and will do it again with 1 son and 3 dogs. I love how Poppy knew when you was going to park as I heard her get up and shake.
Hi both, thanks for this vlog as it's the best one I have seen of the Bealach na Bà and can't wait to do it next year. Loved the bits of the coast road back too.
Fantastic Bob, all I kept thinking was, “somebody had to tarmac those roads😳”🤣. A really cracking video, love the little chats between the two of you. It looks like you’re enjoying the trip ☕️
Hi Bob and Jenny been over the pass to Applecross 4 times now love the run over all the time with motorhome look what you are doing going with motorhome you are fine any way nice video take care see you next time .
I might not make it up there for a wee hike but I sit glued to watching you. Fantastic coverage and sound effects - including dear Poppy! Very grateful - and you never patronise us watching! Greatly enjoyed and thank you. Take care. X to Poppy!
Very good video Bob, we are watching this in the little cafe and gallery at the start of the road to Applecross. We did this road in Nov 19 but lost the video footage, we will be more careful this time.
That rd and Applecross was a setting for a Film in the 50s about improoving the what was a ficticious named rd Sonething to fo with the road Tax ..few well known stars was in it
Thank you for posting your journey over the pass. My daughter and I did it in my motorhome, in the opposite direction, in June this year. We were so busy taking in all the sights that we didn’t video. Lovely to see the route when I can sit back and relax. Great video.
We thoroughly enjoyed watching the video and it solved our problem as to where to take our campervan next week. Our first experience of the Pass of The Cattle was in 1973 and we vividly remember having to wait at the bottom of the hair pin bends while a delivery tanker did three point turns at each bend and it was incredible to watch. At the time this was the only road access into Applecross until the coast road was constructed in the early 1980s. Having witnessed that taking our 6.4 campervan should be a doddle!!
This video made my day - I honestly never expected to see Bob and Jenny zooming up the Applecross pass! I'd have to think twice about doing it, even in my car - certainly not in a motorhome. Well done. Having watched a few other videos of the route, I guess the main problem is when the higher bits are covered in mist and you can't see the next bend or passing place.
Wow what an amazing drive 😍 Great stuff Bob and Jenny, we cut this section out of our tour as we ran out of time but after seeing this will definitely be back, thank you! 👍 Loved the Highland Coo's too, those horns were pretty close to your UP! 😁
Really enjoyable viewing. The music gently coming in was perfectly timed. Have you ever thought of having Patreon’s? So informative watching your trips. It’s like having a practice run. Really helps with any anxiety 😊
No, I hesitate to commit to Patreon or the TH-cam Membership scheme. I'd be worried about letting people down, or having to do more videos for patrons or members or less for viewers and subscribers.
we drove over a few years ago and parked at the top for a photo when along came a Skoda towing a single axle caravan - no problem, then as we left Applecross we saw a croft that had been renovated for a tv programme by a Royal Marine whose surname escapes me ( Monty ) down near a submarine listening station on the lochside - they made out that it was so isolated but in reality wasn't
@@BobEarnshawMoHo I appreciate that - it's what is reasonable - there comes a point when ads get too intrusive and people turn off , not what you want I would imagine - a hard balance to get right. Or is it just youtube browbeating us to a paid subscription with no ads ? Keep up the good work - I'll watch despite it.
Right at the beginning, Bob, you’d gone up hugely in my estimation. There’s a guy who’s gonna show us what a moho can do. Who doesn’t shrink from a challenge, who boldly goes… Then it turns out you’re not taking your Kon Tiki up and over. You’re going in your car! Only kidding. Enjoyed the video 👍.
Wow thanks you pair get me out and about 👏👏👏👍👍👍
Beautiful.
What a road and what a view. The little VW Up did a sterling job. 👍
I enjoyed virtually driving this with you because I'm itching to drive it for real, maybe next year. ATB, Sue.
Breathe taking scenery.....stunning!
Breathtakingly beautiful. Thank you both so much
Stunning scenery! Really enjoyed the views! XX
As VW Up drivers we were cheering your car on Bob!! Wowzer that was great!
Wouldn't fancy that drive in a motorhome, but you passed plenty . Nice driving again Bob.
Another beautiful scenic video bob,Jenny and poppy, that pass looks a little scary!!!loved your choice of music, stay safe.
Definitely one of the most beautiful places in the world.
I loved this video, thank you so so much I'd say its the best you've done. Again thanks for sharing xx
Thanks Jenny and Bob for a lovely day out.
Thank you for a great video, think you love Scotland as much as we do.
Great video Bob, I've driven that pass a few times in my T5 to visit my daughter in Applecross x

I’m glad you had sunny weather driving on that road in the mountains.
Great vlog and fairly decent weather for the drive too x
Great video again Bob and Jenny. Fantastic scenery, thanks for sharing. BTW a C reg is 1965. Enjoy your time ;))
Thanks
Another great video to watch 👍Thank you Bob and Jenny .poppy 🐕
Very nice video guys, loved it. We did a similar trip but to Skye and the Isle of Uist... Beautiful views. Scotland never disappoints..
No, we hate to leave.
Yet more stunning scenery. Have you taken your motor home over the pass like Dan and Mazzy xx
I did drive a hired A Class motorhome down the pass many years ago when it was a lot quieter. Too busy now.
Thank you both so much, Poppy taking a back seat on that trip. What breath taking views and road!!! Take care.

Great video we did the pass in our 6 metre motorhome. Wouldn't be keen to do it in our current 8 metre one.
Loved this , loved the views
Thank you
Love the imaginative title of this, Bob! Incredible drive. Thank you for showing us yet another amazing route ❤️
Very good video Bob, we are watching this in the little cafe and gallery at the start of the road to Applecross. We did this road in Nov 19 but lost the video footage, we will be more careful this time.
That's annoying when you loose footage like that. I ran out of space on the SD card, so couldn't film the coast road.
That rd and Applecross was a setting for a Film in the 50s about improoving the what was a ficticious named rd

Fantastic scenery and you were pretty lucky with the weather.

Great video👍and Great road.We drove that last year in a VW campervan the opposite way round and loved every minute, absolutely beautiful place.
Really enjoying your travels in Scotland, helping the days pass. Many thanks too you both xx
Thanks for watching.
You have definitely peaked with this video! Fantastic. What a wonderful day out. Keep the amazing travelling going…😀
Brilliant we have definitely got to do it in the v dub camper
Can't wait to get further north after seeing this. 😁
Wish we we're going with you up there. On my way back for second eye operation!

It was quite clear when we got to the top.
That was simply stunning guys,if not a little bit scary 😁🥺
I didn't think the VW UP! would make it up that but then it had a very experienced driver behind the wheel!...
Thanks, the little car did very well!
If you need fuel and you don’t have bid queues up there stop and fill up the queues down south are huge
I wish people wouldn't panic buy!

@Bob Earnshaw that’s such a nice response 💕 Very best to you, Jenny and Poppy x
I might not be up there for a wee WHILE... not hike!!

Great video as always. Not sure if I would have enough underwear to take the moho over the top... still sweating just watching!
Great video Bob 👍🏻as usual. 👍🏻👍🏻but wow ! Is the whole of Scotland a camp site ? Soo Busy ! Think ill stay in Oz 😂😂
It is soooo busy at the moment in Scotland. Sales of motorhomes and caravans went through the roof. We still love Scotland.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo it is beautiful 👍🏻
That was lovely Bob - despite youtube's best efforts ( ten ads ).
You are getting rather good at this - Spielberg better watch out.
Thanks, just remember that the ads help keep us to make these videos, thanks for watching!

Hi Bob and Jenny, what music is this please at around the 13.25 mark? It’s beautiful♥️
Thank you, have a look in the video description, I always put the music credits in there.
😊👍
Great footage here - a truly amazing road to the back of beyond. How does Poppy get on with Highland cows? Thanks for sharing.
One quick woof, and that was it.
can sombody tell me what that really nice music is called about minute 14 of the video?
Have a look in the video description, it's called Uphill Aspiration by Trevor Kowalski, from Epidemic Sound
@@BobEarnshawMoHo thanks Bob really nice music - keep it coming
The Scottish Job (good video)
Thank you

I didn't mention the van that completely blocked the pass later....
