- Kalki 2898 AD does a 1000 crore collection worldwide. The brain behind this epic sci-fi, mythological, action movie, director Nag Ashwin talks to Gajendra Singh Bhati for The Lallantop. Nagi is questioned about the weak writing and some scenes with cinematic liberty? He takes the criticism positively. But in this interview you have clearly explained that they already got their punishment for the paap that they did in Dwapar Yuga. Now in Kali Yuga they both are getting a chance to do prayashchit by helping Kalki avatar.

Prabhas was not needed in the movie. Movie story itself is powerful.
Without prabhas, this movie would not even started. His characters was intentionally shaped underdog to create anticipation in the end. In next part, he can be engaging.
