A simple 'How-to' on removing and installing the door handles on a 1st Gen Kia Forte This tutorial is done on a Sedan, but should also work on the Koup and 5 door.
This was so damn simple! Was expecting disassembling the whole dang door! I used a m10 socket instead of the Phillips screw driver but otherwise spot on. Thanks for the clip man!

Hey I'm having trouble my handle on outside will not open door. I think something on inside of door handle is off or broken. It is also something restricting my window from going down. Do I take off my interior door panel or can I fix this way?

Man they made this really easy with newer cars, older cars you have to take off the whole door panel

Are you completely unscrewing the screw. Is there anyway it will potentially fall in the door?
Nope. The screw has a s special washer that prevents the screw from falling out.
