The right build is with maxing E first, not Q. E allows securing early kills, instead of getting assissts and Eve needs the kill gold to snowball.

The build is also wrong! When playing Eve, you always have sudden impact! They should start with Pen boots into a prophet's pendant, to maximize early damage and snowball.
This player is number 1 but he made several mistakes, especially by overstaying in a lost fight in the early game, instead of farming and focusing on single target ganks.
