Evelynn's combo is very simple, charm with your W, then E > Q > ULT.
For your core items it should be Lich Bane, Infinity Orb, and Deathcap, the las 2 are situational. If you keep getting burst go build Crown, if they have a lot of shield build Halberd, or if they have a lot of healing and none of your team is building anti-heal, go build Morellonomicon.
