புழுங்கல் அரிசி / Parboiled Rice - 400Gms
பச்சரிசி / Raw rice - 400Gms
உளுந்து / Urad Dal - 100Gms
வெந்தயம் / Fenugreek Seeds - 1 Spoon
உப்பு / Salt
தேங்காய் / Coconut
சர்க்கரை / Sugar - 1 Spoon

Deena Sir, today I tried appam recipe. It was excellent.. very tasty.. but batter became slightly watery, so appam came bit thin.. next time, I will add correct amount water and prepare appam.. but I am very happy with the result. Thanks for this simple and awesome recipe.
