IDS in Practice

With the formal approval of Information Delivery Specification (IDS) becoming a final standard, bSI is delighted to be delivering a webinar to share information about the new standard, the types of tools that support end-users, and how IDS is bringing clarity, confidence and consistency to openBIM workflows. Information Delivery Specification (IDS) is a buildingSMART standard for defining information requirements in a computer-interpretable form. It allows for automatic compliance checking of IFC models, which increases quality control and data fidelity. IDS also aids in the efficient delivery of data by setting expectations and providing clear guidelines for what needs to be exchanged.
