not seeing much point in the square exhaust hanginging out the back, they are not tuned pipes by any means and to have them water cooled as defeated the object of stack pipes.. you might as well just poked them straight out the back ,. im not understanding the water coming from these, and being square with not stinger tails... obviously going to be very loud though....
what do you mean the powerhead is "new" and not rebuilt? you had a factory NOS powerhead? to get 160-170hp you have to have done some major port work and scalloped the pistons and shaved the rod screw seats?
I’ve always thought the v4’s are such perfect motors for vipers. I’ve got a 140 on mine and then a v6 for the vector. When I’m just going out to play and hang on an anchor, I’ll take the viper every time.

How do you incorporate those stacks into/through the exhaust cover cooling jacket?

No kiddin bro,yeah not NOS but a new rebuilt mod motor.I see you on FB and s&f not new to this game so let's keep it that way.

Nope no fuel pump so got to keep feeding it,on a boat will have a elec fuel pump.
