I made a mistake on the sizes of the windows and 2x4 spacing. If you really want to know, just pause the video where I'm showing the prices. It also gives a little breakdown of each shed. Thank you for watching!
Love the video of these sheds with sizes & prices. Heads up.. FYI. "They" say that lumber "futures" indicate that prices are soon going to double/triple... Who knows what tomorrow may bring? Who knows what to believe these days? I trust the Crockers will do the best they can, when they can, and be honest and humble! Love y'all 💓
Loved the last one with French doors and dormers. Plenty of room to have two bedrooms and baths for visitors, especially your Mom and Dad. I love porches. The roof can be a charcoal color. Love mine, not dark and not too light. Be sure and get the insulation that goes between the plywood and the metal roofing. Makes a huge difference in keeping heat in during winter and heat out during summer. Saves money on heating and cooling expenses.
Hey Jared! Just putting this out there....If this is going to be your forever place think in future when you get older you might not want to climb ladder or stairs for bedroom.. I really admire this journey you and your family are on !!!! Great to watch you guys . Thats some good livin right there!!!!
Absolutely my first thought about a loft. Also, when installing the bathroom, go ahead and get a taller toilet and add grab bars while building. Later on you will be so thankful you did. You never know if you might get sick enough to need them even before you get older. Been there, done that. This will be an exciting build!
That's a good point. I know since I am getting older. I'm 47 and I totally see some things I would have done differently just because I wasn't thinking of my own accessability with age or even from gaining weight.
I agree and I live in Oklahoma .. You need to do more than tie it down.. I would find an engineer and have them tell you how to make it a pier and beam into a cement footing! My son is a civil engineer and I will ask him..
As a "forever" home I'd pick the last one. Especially since yours is just a tinga smaller than this one & the same layout. This could give you a bit bigger Living area as your forever or a bit bigger bathroom in the master. Since the shell is most important why not have the space. Jared maybe one day you will be swept off your feet by a beautiful 👩 & you may need to have a 2nd dresser in the master..lol😍 We are looking forward to your continued adventures for one legged sanctuary 🦙🦔& garden🧄🥔🥕🍋🍎🍐🍅🌽 & shootdang ranch .⛺ 🏠 🐕🐐🐴🐓🐥🦃🦚
I “LOVE” the last one- it is really sharp & practical! If this is your forever home you will want the space someday for family. It has the potential for lofts or attic storage- once you insulate & finish the walls & flooring- you can finish it at your own pace. I liked the log siding but nothing inside - like no lofts or French doors. 💜. You will do a great job at whatever is best for you.
I really like the last one the best because it has more room and light. Better to have more room then not enough. The cabin one was my second favorite.
I loved the last two the log home style and the one a bit larger than what you have now. I like the space for a laundry room and pantry that you could build off of the kitchen with a guest room and then a half bath or bathroom with a small vanity and shower. On the other side a complete large master and bathroom like you have for yourself. With both homes though I would want a front and back porch with the back porch screened in from bugs at night.
Hello Jared! Love ya. You will not regret getting the biggest available. Love the last one,as is, but you could get it in log siding. Since you only have one good leg God forbid should you injure it. I'm almost 70 and with a replaced knee and another one wore out I appreciate having enough room to not stumble over anything yet have enough room for comfortable furnishings and good size beds. I have a 14x70 mobile home. If you plan on this being your forever home you must allow yourself to have room to grow old comfortably. God bless you and your family as we are all anxious to see what lies ahead.
Hi Jared, I am loving the last one there the big white one with the French doors and the log cabin for next favorite! Whatever you choose will be perfect I’m sure.
I really like the 18x52!!! I would do it with the log cabin look siding though. Also I would definitely do the dormer as well. You have me thinking about doing this in the future lol. Good luck on deciding. Looks like you have a lot of options to think about!!
Hi Jared, just wanted to say thanks for your time in making this vid along with the sqft and prices. I've been viewing other vids for possible tiny homes, but no one wants to put up sqft and pricing. Again thanks for your time and efforts man great job!
I like the last one. But would also love to see you build one this size from the ground up with a cellar/storm shelter underneath. From what I’ve seen of you and Jason, I know y’all are capable of doing it. Whatever you choose I’ll be watching and cheering you on!
Jared I think these sheds are built much better than the previous ones you looked at and have a little more to work with. I think the 14x34 with the dormers was really nice.I like that in the bedroom you could put French doors in place of the single door and window. You could put a deck out there for your hot tub ,who knows you can CROCKER it up to fit your needs. I also like that you can have a washer and dryer area. A ton of loft space. Lots of potential here, but I have no doubt whatever you decide on, you will definitely put the Crocker finishes into it. So excited and happy for this new chapter in your life. MUCH LOVE❤️👍🇺🇸
My suggestion is the last one. It would look beautiful on your new property but with the cabin look for siding. Dormer windows are the way to let natural sunlight it.
Jared, have you ever considered building a place on your own. I would think you could get everything you need for those basic layouts for far less. I bet you and Jason could knock one out with no problem. Save you thousands!! Bring Matt up to help too!! You should check the numbers and just see what you'd save!!
Really like the last one 18×52 l have been following you and Jason for a few years now and l admire how you are not afraid of hard work and the next adventure in life. Lookin forward to the next one! ✌
I love the last one for the room. Room for growth/family. I think for your future, a one level floor plan would be best. I know I don't want to climb ladders at my age. Lol The log cabin one was nice too. I wonder if you could get the log cabin siding on the last one!! I really like the dormer windows. I can't wait to see what you choose to do.
The log cabin with Wrap around porch, railings and nice set of stairs. More windows and it would look awesome with your French doors. You could use logs/branches off property for rustic look
I really liked the last one more room it would make a beautiful forever home. The other buildings that have a small porch area to me that’s would be living space you can always add porch.
They’re all pretty awesome but remember that dark colors draws a lot of heat. Black roofs will feel like an oven in summer. I love the colored roofs too but they don’t work in dry hot areas without using a ton of energy
Jared, the last one is the best, but would put the cabin look on the outside of it. THIS One is perfect for you and definitely your style but again, with the cabin look and feel. Thanks for taking me shopping with you. It was actually exciting and I can't wait to buy my house and property.
This company had some nice sheds to choose from. The last white 1 was my favorite because of all the windows, dormers, French doors, and all if the space. Although lofts are nice, they don't work well for people having difficulty climbing ladders. My 2nd choice is the other white w / black trim and dormers. You can always add the French doors later. Although I liked the exterior of the log cabin looking 1, I thought it was way over priced for what it was. The porch styles are nice, but I think you are paying a lot for that square footage and adding a deck later is much more economical. Blessings
Hi Jared, I liked the first one you looked at with the porch and two lofts for the price, also loved the log cabin one, you could buy 2 and 3 for the price of the log cabin though and have change for a porch and some supply’s. Obviously does it depend on what you get for your current property if you want to pay cash and be debt free. Love looking at the many possibilities though so thanks for sharing.
That large one at the end would be great if you could afford it next favorite was the log cabin. My third choice would be the one finished out on the inside. Those looked better constructed than the first place you visited.
The log cabin one speaks Jared!!! It's a great size if friends/ family come to stay or if you have a family someday. French doors, door in back, add a dormer and lots of windows. It's your forever home. Do it up Jared. Later build a shed for your vechile with the log look. That would be sweet! Whatever you decide you will make it look amazing. Your TX place is just gorgeous so I know you will do the same again. I can see a nice porch in the front and back. I'm SO flipping excited for you man! Have a great Monday! Karen 😊
I loved the wrap around porches. I loved that last one you looked at, I suppose you could always add a wrap around porch and the lofts, I know you are clever enough to do that. xx
Love the white trimmed in black 18x52, is my favorite. Plenty of room for 2 bedrooms & 2 baths with large kitchen/dining area to open living room. With your talent in decorating, you could fix this one up beautifully. But so much work to be done, & you will sure miss Tom & Rhonda.
Love the cabin one 🤍 just add some French doors in the middle of the other side so ya can add a deck to walk out on to enjoy looking over at the barn/office. ♥️
I agree with several others, plan for the future! Order the last one "with the upgraded windows & log siding"! Ultimately, it's all down to what you want....so excited for all you guys!!
The largest one with a copper roof,French doors, dormer, shutters would look so beautiful sitting on your hill with the circular driveway--then eventually add the wrap around porch.
My favorite is the last one on this video with the French doors and dormer windows. Loved all the windows in the front. I also like the Log sided one. But it really doesn't matter what we like it's what you like the best. Hope you find the one you want soon.
Wow love the outside of the first one..and well all of them..just remember you need a place comfortable enough for you and the pups and most likely family visiting ..having a lot if needed would be good for storage ,I would personally try and combine a couple of them together pick out the inside one you want and most definitely add a porch
Thank you for showing us around. I have two lofts in my shed. When you get older your knees get worse, I had to keep my bedroom downstairs. Bad knees are no joke. Keep up the good work bro.👍
Jared love the first one.like the way theres a window you can see who is at your door.good security there. No blind spot.love it i can see you living in it.But i will love what ever you choose.Wishing you the best.
Jared I adore the log Cabin, and yes I could really see you in this one. I also like the large and small Black and White one, one for home the other for Office so you leave home for work, more conducive for good health as you do not have (work) stuff laying around inside your home and getting in the way.💖💖🇦🇺
Love the last 2 but mostly the very last one think about climbing ladders when you get a few years older it sneaks' up on you for sure. Thought son the tiny white one as an add on to the last one they are the same colors and wouldn't take much to slide them together for office or shoot dang headquarters lol. Love from AZ
I think that you would like the cabin look shed, but see if you can get an 18x52 version. You know that Matt and your parents will want to fly out to Tulsa and see your and Jason's places, so you might as well have guest space. Same with Tom and Ronda. The only modification would be a French door and double pane windows. I know that you should have the funds available when your Terrell property sells, so get the upgrades from the start. I still recommend seeing what solar and wind packages are available for the property as well. Jason knows how to do rain catchment already so that even if you dig a well(s) for water you are not completely stuck like Chuck. Glad to see that you are excited to move ahead with this next chapter of your life. Peace!✌
The first cabin I suggest a stair in the corner that is 3 treds, turns and goes up about 3-4 and that's your bedroom where the loft is. Below it could be the laundry and bathroom.
Thanks for taking us along for the tours. I liked them all. They look well built. I was surprised with the doable prices. I do like the dormer and french doors for sure. I am not sure which layout. Maybe share more what your needs are in the layout. I like getting two (house and tiny house) idea. My choice: The white and black next to each other. But with galvanized silver roofs (not black). Much cooler. It was the layouts that I liked. Build covered decks to attach the two. I see forever ranch home. I am excited for you Jared! ✌Peace
I would go for either the last one or the “log cabin” look. Definitely add a few more windows and the double doors. I get your single but realistically it’s better to have the space up front and not try to add it later. You are already going to have a ton of work in front of you getting the property up to spec - you don’t need a house build on top of that. Especially if helping your brother.
I like the one with the dormers above the windows. That would provide lots of light. I don't much care about the log siding. At one time I did. They bring a lot of spiders and you have to keep it washed down. Way back, years ago, I designed my own log siding. It was beautiful. I also designed log shutters for the log siding. No one else ever did. I gave my shutter plans to a guy in The Sisters as he was retiring from the school district and wanted to dabble in the log siding business I hadn't thought of this in a long time. Thanks for the trip down "Memory Lane" It will be fun to see what you end up with. Stay Safe.
Jared I like the 18 x 52 white with black trim. Very classy. It is going to be your forever home plus if you get married and have children the extra room will come in handy!! Don't make up your mind too fast...that's when mistakes happen. Consider a used camper to get you out there sooner and with a few amenities. You can resale it when you are finished and shouldn't lose any money. Best of luck on your new journey!!
Keep doing what you doing Jared, love the content. You’re helping people making life changing decisions. Keep doing these shed reviews, I appreciate it and I normally would watched all your content. Thanks
My pick would be the large one with the french doors. You could finish all but the extra bedroom and bathroom to start with like you did with your current one. I think it’s essential to have front and back doors and plenty of windows. I hope you can see your way to get this one. Covered patios/porches can be added later.
Hi Jared, I really liked the log cabin, it would fit perfectly on the land and you have such great ideas your home will be wonderful. The french door would be so sweet!
I like the last 2. I really like the last one. Because it would offer 2 bedrooms, a laundry room with 2 bath rooms kitchen and living area. Because one day you will not want or be able to climb. Also you may meet someone to share your life with and you could use extra bedroom for a child.
I love the last one or any of the black and white as I commented recently on Jason’s video that he asked as well. Those colors just elevate any look you go for and makes structures look larger and has a modern rustic vibe. Plus how cool would your new black and white logo look on a structure too ! Landscaping colors just pop against black and white buildings too and we know how much you enjoy creating a nice yard. 👏😍
I like the cabin building, also the black/ white building but it really depends on how someone is wanting to set it up as a bedroom or whatever. BE SAFE AND BE THE BEST
I like the 18x52 room to move around. But I am still stuck on the yellow one from yesterday sure would love to see the inside of it and the price two story wow these are all so affordable depending on what you need for room and storage. I really like the little office one here also.
THE LAST ONE, THE BIG ONE WITH NO LOFTS, AND FRENCH DOORS FOR A BIG DECK/PATIO SCREENED IN FOR BUGS. YOU CAN BUILD A STORAGE SHED SEPARATE CUSTOMIZED THE WAY YOU WANT IT, ROOM FOR MOWER ETC
18 x 52 for sure. You want lots of windows to see all that beautiful land and your animals, plus more windows you have the less lights you have to turn on. I never thought of doing this.
Hey Jared, I just got my 16 x 40 cabin from LONESTAR SHEDS IN Mt Pleasant TX, and Commerce TX. Great people to deal with, lots of variety. Love your videos..
Use the loft for storage! Ladders and stairs get harder as you get older. I love the dormers. Lots of possibilities there. I love the brown one with the wrap around porch… 12/32
Imagine 12" wide walls, fire proof, water proof, R70, 25# self leveling Lego Blocks. Get acreferral code and $1.00 a block and go for it. Screw wold fires and tornadoes.
Respectfully, those windows above the walls is more accurately referred to as Transom windows. And, black absorbs heat. White reflects heat. I really like that log cabin style. Very nice size and very nice appearance! All the best going forward with whatever you decide. Thank you for the video walk-around!
Like the last one best for me. A live-in studio... I really need a barn, but no loft. I'm older. But even you, with full size steps would have no problems, and you'd have regular vaulted ceilings upstairs in the bedroom. Galley kitchen underneath bdrm, with full bathupstairs- with laundry there (where are your cloths?) Half bath underneath it with a galley type kitchen. Put all kinds of windows in kitchen that way. Rest of barn 2 stories high with big beams. Big chandelier in living area with fireplace to heat that sucker! How bout checking on barn kits? Hmmm?
I made a mistake on the sizes of the windows and 2x4 spacing. If you really want to know, just pause the video where I'm showing the prices. It also gives a little breakdown of each shed. Thank you for watching!
Gotta like a man of honesty...lol 😅🤣😂
Love the video of these sheds with sizes & prices.
Heads up.. FYI.
"They" say that lumber "futures" indicate that prices are soon going to double/triple...
Who knows what tomorrow may bring? Who knows what to believe these days?
I trust the Crockers will do the best they can, when they can, and be honest and humble! Love y'all 💓
I enjoyed watching this video yesterday. But I had a question. Did you ever consider moving your tiny house to the Shootdang Ranch? Just curious
You talk to fast for us to write information down.
Even thou, we stop it.. had to a few times.
@@evalinawarne1337 lol well I don't work for that company
Loved the last one with French doors and dormers. Plenty of room to have two bedrooms and baths for visitors, especially your Mom and Dad. I love porches. The roof can be a charcoal color. Love mine, not dark and not too light. Be sure and get the insulation that goes between the plywood and the metal roofing. Makes a huge difference in keeping heat in during winter and heat out during summer. Saves money on heating and cooling expenses.
See if this one can come in the rustic siding, if not choose the green color that was on one of the other sheds.
My favorite also.🙂
I wonder how much to add solar?
Hey Jared! Just putting this out there....If this is going to be your forever place think in future when you get older you might not want to climb ladder or stairs for bedroom.. I'm really digging the last 2, depends on how big you want to go. Whichever you pick it's going to be beautifully finished.
Oh me too!!
I really like 18 by 52 for tiny homes
The last one was my favorite. lots of room and space. Your talented creative skills would make it look fabulous. Have an awesome day xox
Wow! That hugh last one you looked at is and could be finished out gorgeous Jared. Love it .
Hi Jared, I am loving the last one there the big white one with the French doors and the log cabin for next favorite! Whatever you choose will be perfect I’m sure.

Nice selection. Love the cabin! It looks like a good fit for your property. Thanks for sharing your new journey.

The last two are beautiful. I really love the dormers for extra sunlight. Now I want Roger and I to do a shed to house conversion.
Haha Journey Along With Shannon The Shed Queen
@@South_Texas_Roots haha that’s right..🤪
That large one at the end would be great if you could afford it next favorite was the log cabin. My third choice would be the one finished out on the inside. Those looked better constructed than the first place you visited.
Jared, I love 2 of the sheds. The log cabin one or the last one with French doors. Don't settle for something small.
I like the one that looks like a cabin too but definitely more windows. It would also look cool with a covered porch.
The 18x52 size building and have the log siding put on would be perfect.

I loved the Last building. Remember your building for the future not the present. I know which ever you pick it will end up awesome. Good luck.
Loved the size of the last one and layout of the last one.
I agree with several others, plan for the future!
Order the last one "with the upgraded windows & log siding"! Ultimately, it's all down to what you want....so excited for all you guys!!

Log Cabin building would look great on your land. Plus, it’s a good size for you.
Jared, for these prices, buy two and connect them to each other. That one with the copper roof can be a bedroom and maybe private bath.
My favorite is the last one on this video with the French doors and dormer windows. Loved all the windows in the front. I also like the Log sided one. But it really doesn't matter what we like it's what you like the best. Hope you find the one you want soon.

18/52 with log siding. Just lovely
Congratulations on hitting 40k subscribers. The last one was my favourite.
Love the 18x52 and can definitely see two master bedroom and love all the windows and the French doors!! My favorite!!
Jared love the first one.like the way theres a window you can see who is at your door.good security there. No blind spot.love it i can see you living in it.But i will love what ever you choose.Wishing you the best.
Jared I adore the log Cabin, and yes I could really see you in this one. I also like the large and small Black and White one, one for home the other for Office so you leave home for work, more conducive for good health as you do not have (work) stuff laying around inside your home and getting in the way.💖💖🇦🇺
Jared, Loving the Log Cabin look! So excited to see what you decide on! You are now over 40 Thousand!!! Whoop!!!
I love the ones with the deck. Can't wait to see how things go for you. I'm sure whichever shed you pick, you'll have it looking warm and cozy.
The log cabin shed is a beautiful forever home. The last black and white was very grand 😊
I love the cabin the best.
I loved the log cabin one
I like the one with the dormers above the windows. That would provide lots of light. I don't much care about the log siding. At one time I did. They bring a lot of spiders and you have to keep it washed down. Way back, years ago, I designed my own log siding. It was beautiful. I also designed log shutters for the log siding. No one else ever did. I gave my shutter plans to a guy in The Sisters as he was retiring from the school district and wanted to dabble in the log siding business
I hadn't thought of this in a long time. Thanks for the trip down
"Memory Lane" It will be fun to see what you end up with.
Hi Jared my fave was the last one it's amazing and well worth the money for the size that it is xx
I enjoyed looking at the different buildings, thanks for taking us along your journey for the perfect one for you.
Also, stained wood accents or porches or anything looks great with black and white structures. Super cool!
Definitely the last one for size 18 × 52 and amount of windows, lots of sunlight. Not too crazy about the outside color.
You can certainly get great ideas looking at the sheds like the one with the dorma windows.
The last one I like the best. Maybe they can do the cabin look on the last one
I like that 18' x 52'. Looks like plenty of room to build whatever you need.
THE LAST ONE, THE BIG ONE WITH NO LOFTS, AND FRENCH DOORS FOR A BIG DECK/PATIO SCREENED IN FOR BUGS. YOU CAN BUILD A STORAGE SHED SEPARATE CUSTOMIZED THE WAY YOU WANT IT, ROOM FOR MOWER ETC
The white shed with black medal roof and French doors is my favorite.
18 x 52 for sure. You want lots of windows to see all that beautiful land and your animals, plus more windows you have the less lights you have to turn on. I never thought of doing this.
The very last model was nice. Big, bright and open.
I totally love the last container you showed, so many possibilities you can do with it.
The one with the French doors and the log cabin one were my faves..... Good luck picking your shed!
Love the last one..build a deck off them French doors..you know you need that bbq year round..shoot dang!
Always wanted to see inside of those sheds thank you ☺️
Hey Jared, I just got my 16 x 40 cabin from LONESTAR SHEDS IN Mt Pleasant TX, and Commerce TX. Great people to deal with, lots of variety. Love your videos..
Use the loft for storage! Ladders and stairs get harder as you get older. I love the dormers. Lots of possibilities there. I love the brown one with the wrap around porch… 12/32
Great selection of shed homes!
Thank you for the video walk-around!
log cabin looking one is cool
I like the log cabin and the last two you looked at any of those would look fantastic on your new property, thank you for taking us along with you
I love the 18x52 black metal roof with dormer. It's the size for future family members.
The last 2 but I love the log cabin. The last one one would be great with log Cabin look on outside
I loved the look and feel of the one that was like a log cabin.
Hmmm?
