Actually, if we're assuming gameplay reasoning is even somewhat canon, Kratos can only use the wings for a limited amount of time, and falling too far with them will lead to losing all air control and just falling straight down. The only time he can use it for a while is when there is an air current he can ride along (IDK I'm trying to make it make sense). Anyway, I know you said that the Gaming Sins videos are just for fun and jokes, but they really aren't. They (at least the one you used specifically) narrate it like it's an actual critique, there is no joking tone used. Hell, it is one because you even find yourself agreeing at times which wouldn't really happen if it was all meant to be jokes. For example, he asks why did Kratos get mad at Hera for insulting Pandora? Because Kratos isn't in a father/daughter relationship with Pandora, he's projecting the image of Calliope onto Pandora. He sees Calliope in Pandora and wants to protect her because of it. His real daughter may be dead, but Pandora is alive. Remember, Calliope died by Kratos' hand, it was all his fault, really. Now, Kratos is going to get Pandora killed for his revenge, which is exactly why when he has to let her go, he screams in anger at not only the mental struggle he is going through, but he's also angry at himself. Once again, his own selfish desire caused the death of another "little girl". Had he not gone on this whole crusade, she would have lived, at least for longer than she did. That's why he attacks Zeus with renewed vigor because now he HAS to succeed. He just sacrificed the closest thing he had to someone he cared about for it. Contrast this with God of War (2018), where Kratos throws himself into danger constantly for his kid, and has no regard for his own wants or safety, only the safety of his son. That's one of the main changes there. This works nicely with the ending of GOW 3, Kratos realized with his revenge satisfied, that not only does he not feel any better but with no rage clouding his judgment, he can now open his eyes to all the destruction he has caused. Again, in GOW 4, we see Kratos telling Baldur that revenge won't make him feel better, only empty. Or how about when people ask why is Athena helping Kratos kill Zeus? Because she's manipulating him for his own gains, obviously. That's easily seen in the ending. It's not different from how Gaia played Kratos. They used him for their own endgame. Athena wanted Zeus out of the picture because she wanted to take over Olympus and the ultimate power of Hope. That is why she asks for it, so she can now receive the power to kill Gods. When Kratos opts to kill himself instead, she yells at him, and pulls the blade out of his body forcefully and messily. She speaks to him with disgust, as if he is a mere fool that doesn't even know what he's doing. Wherever Athena is in magical Godhood land, it has clearly corrupted her, or at least she is showing her true self as she doesn't have to fear Zeus since she's just a spirit with no fear of death. This is again seen in GOW 4 where Kratos is tormented by her, and she just sits there with a smile on her face as he has to face his past. Once Kratos tells her she has no power over him, both emotionally and physically, she disappears and never comes back for the rest of the game. This is because Kratos is now using the Blades to protect, not destroy. I may have wrote all this but this is all easily understood if you have played the main 4 GOW games.
He solved the puzzle of Hera's garden by looking through the eye of the statue with the gem. And Kratos's dead daughter is pretty much at the center of his trauma. It's been that way since the first game so its not trying to be some redemption arc. Him seeing Pandora who has the appearance of a young girl like his daughter would more than likely trigger that trauma. Thats why he goes into dad mode for her so much.

There's 2 sins that you forgot. I might be late on this but in the Poseidon fight, Kratos never snapped his neck, he gouged his eyes out. Also, in the cutscene before the Hercules fight, He says that Kratos killed Deimos in God of War: Ghost of Sparta. That is wrong. Deimos was killed by Thanatos. Thanatos was killed by Kratos afterwards.

Why does everyone insist Kratos is the villain. He isnt the villain or hero. He gets revenge on the Gods because they used him and then killed him (tried to atleast) and its shown several times throught the games that Zeus and the gods dont really care for humankind. The only reason Hepheastus agrees to use pandor to open the box is to trick kratos so he can kill him. I agree that the dynamic between Kratos and Pandora is goofy at times but i never took it as the game trying to redeem him. That is the norse games. In 3, they're just showing you the little bit of humanity he has left and trying to make you empathize with him. In the end he sacrifices her anyway and is unable to overcome his rage and need for vengeance. This is the same reason he sacrifices Poseidon's sex slave, he is blinded by rage and just trying to accomplish his goals as quickly and easily as possible. For pandoras box, i thought that Zeus was under the impression that he removed the powers from kratos when he killed him in 2, but then it is kind of weird that he's surprised to see that the box is empy. Maybe he thought the evils just magically went back in the box? Lol. Or he tasked someone else to replace them. He also could've just put it there as a trap. Cronos's perspective on Gaia also makes sense. He saw kratos take the titans to the future, and his domain is time. Since Gaia says some shit about waiting for kratos in 2. Which would also imply that she actually didn't die in the titan war. None of the titans even died, they were just imprisoned. Actually, if we're assuming gameplay reasoning is even somewhat canon, Kratos can only use the wings for a limited amount of time, and falling too far with them will lead to losing all air control and just falling straight down. The only time he can use it for a while is when there is an air current he can ride along (IDK I'm trying to make it make sense).
Anyway, I know you said that the Gaming Sins videos are just for fun and jokes, but they really aren't. They (at least the one you used specifically) narrate it like it's an actual critique, there is no joking tone used. Hell, it is one because you even find yourself agreeing at times which wouldn't really happen if it was all meant to be jokes.
For example, he asks why did Kratos get mad at Hera for insulting Pandora? Because Kratos isn't in a father/daughter relationship with Pandora, he's projecting the image of Calliope onto Pandora. He sees Calliope in Pandora and wants to protect her because of it. His real daughter may be dead, but Pandora is alive. Remember, Calliope died by Kratos' hand, it was all his fault, really. Now, Kratos is going to get Pandora killed for his revenge, which is exactly why when he has to let her go, he screams in anger at not only the mental struggle he is going through, but he's also angry at himself. Once again, his own selfish desire caused the death of another "little girl". Had he not gone on this whole crusade, she would have lived, at least for longer than she did. That's why he attacks Zeus with renewed vigor because now he HAS to succeed. He just sacrificed the closest thing he had to someone he cared about for it. Contrast this with God of War (2018), where Kratos throws himself into danger constantly for his kid, and has no regard for his own wants or safety, only the safety of his son. That's one of the main changes there. This works nicely with the ending of GOW 3, Kratos realized with his revenge satisfied, that not only does he not feel any better but with no rage clouding his judgment, he can now open his eyes to all the destruction he has caused. Again, in GOW 4, we see Kratos telling Baldur that revenge won't make him feel better, only empty.
Or how about when people ask why is Athena helping Kratos kill Zeus? Because she's manipulating him for his own gains, obviously. That's easily seen in the ending. It's not different from how Gaia played Kratos. They used him for their own endgame. Athena wanted Zeus out of the picture because she wanted to take over Olympus and the ultimate power of Hope. That is why she asks for it, so she can now receive the power to kill Gods. When Kratos opts to kill himself instead, she yells at him, and pulls the blade out of his body forcefully and messily. She speaks to him with disgust, as if he is a mere fool that doesn't even know what he's doing. Wherever Athena is in magical Godhood land, it has clearly corrupted her, or at least she is showing her true self as she doesn't have to fear Zeus since she's just a spirit with no fear of death. This is again seen in GOW 4 where Kratos is tormented by her, and she just sits there with a smile on her face as he has to face his past. Once Kratos tells her she has no power over him, both emotionally and physically, she disappears and never comes back for the rest of the game. This is because Kratos is now using the Blades to protect, not destroy.
I may have wrote all this but this is all easily understood if you have played the main 4 GOW games.

He solved the puzzle of Hera's garden by looking through the eye of the statue with the gem. And Kratos's dead daughter is pretty much at the center of his trauma. It's been that way since the first game so its not trying to be some redemption arc. Him seeing Pandora who has the appearance of a young girl like his daughter would more than likely trigger that trauma. Thats why he goes into dad mode for her so much.

Adding to the flame sin, Hepheasteus mentions all children of Olympus knowing it, implying it's only known to those born as Gods rather then uplifted. Secondly, Zeus is canonically consumed with terror and paranoia after Kratos slew Ares, meaning it's unlikely he would allow Kratos to know about such a powerful item of power.
There's 2 sins that you forgot. I might be late on this but in the Poseidon fight, Kratos never snapped his neck, he gouged his eyes out.
Also, in the cutscene before the Hercules fight, He says that Kratos killed Deimos in God of War: Ghost of Sparta. That is wrong. Deimos was killed by Thanatos. Thanatos was killed by Kratos afterwards.
Kratos snapped his neck immediately after gouging his eyes, and Dart wasn't talking about Deimos, he's talking about Kratos killing Perseus in god of war 2.

Why does everyone insist Kratos is the villain. He isnt the villain or hero. He gets revenge on the Gods because they used him and then killed him (tried to atleast) and its shown several times throught the games that Zeus and the gods dont really care for humankind. At the end of GoW 3 he literally gives the power if hope, stated by Athena to be the strongest power ever, to humankind after the world fell to ruin. Its never shown how humans fair afterwards but its never stated that they all just die and go extinct.

The only reason Hepheastus agrees to use pandor to open the box is to trick kratos so he can kill him. I agree that the dynamic between Kratos and Pandora is goofy at times but i never took it as the game trying to redeem him. That is the norse games. In 3, they're just showing you the little bit of humanity he has left and trying to make you empathize with him. In the end he sacrifices her anyway and is unable to overcome his rage and need for vengeance. This is the same reason he sacrifices Poseidon's sex slave, he is blinded by rage and just trying to accomplish his goals as quickly and easily as possible.
For pandoras box, i thought that Zeus was under the impression that he removed the powers from kratos when he killed him in 2, but then it is kind of weird that he's surprised to see that the box is empy. Maybe he thought the evils just magically went back in the box? Lol. Or he tasked someone else to replace them. He also could've just put it there as a trap.
Cronos's perspective on Gaia also makes sense. He saw kratos take the titans to the future, and his domain is time. He thinks she died again because he only sees her severed hand that fell into tarturus. Also I just realized that the Titans have the same ability to know the future as the giants in norse. Since Gaia says some shit about waiting for kratos in 2. Which would also imply that she actually didn't die in the titan war. None of the titans even died, they were just imprisoned. Maybe atlas when hades ripped his soul out, but even then, he still exists and is conscious. It's not like when kratos kills a god or titan where there bodies fucking evaporate or you see their lifeless corpses.

Well, he became a mortal when Zeus took away his godhood in the beginning of gow 2 and tricked him into draining the rest of his godly power into the blade of Olympus. He was mortal before he died. I think he is counted as a god again when he absorbs Hades' soul. I always assumed that Athena was corrupted by greed and her death-and subsequent revival in atherial form-is the driving force that let her come up with the plan to destroy Zeus. Or maybe she did legitimately think that destroying Olympus and using the power of hope later would be best for humanity because of some new higher insight

The Evills inside the box that were possessing the gods are the things that got out of them when they died hence the same thing happened tô Kratos when he stabbed himself tô release Hope, Hope is the Power that neutralize the evills that were empowering the gods but were making then mad, Zeus became imortal because of the evill possessing him, the same Deal was for Ares but Ares was possessed by an evill that was not inside the box but Hope killed him alright hence the evill possessing Ares had the same qualities of the evills inside the box, and I can Go deeper Áthena was possessed by two evills one that she released in GOW 2 after being stabbed and one in GOW 3 that made her Go Astral mode like Zeus.

Technically Kratos was born a god since he’s Zeus’s son but he didn’t know until ghost of Sparta, so he had godly power the whole time just something similar with Atreus; he believed himself to be mortal so he acted mortal until he found out he wasn’t.
