I would have called the cops on the lady who wouldn't allow usage of the elevator. She didn't look like her foot was fractured and common sense is she has no right to deny access to a public elevator and may have been charged, especially intimidating another person with her large dog who would no doubt protect her if someone tried to push past her to get on the elevator! Ridiculous!!

My guy, sometimes you go to a drive thru and it takes a whole 30 seconds. Waiting endlessly in a drive thru is not normal. If it's common for you then it's either understaffed/poorly staffed, or you live in an exceptionally population dense area. Everywhere else it's in and out like a 3 cent whore.

I've been through the same experience with the first one. Understaff issues was so bad, one time there was literally only 3 of us left for the night. Had to deal with a karen threatening to call corporate for the slow drive thru.

Maybe slightly pushy, but she was asking valid questions to understand why her order was taking so long, without making any requests for her order to be finished early or to receive special treatment. So I’ve dealt with Karen’s like this in the past and I LOVE pointedly looking at my walking cane, making it obvious I’m physically disabled and then demand in a loud but stern tone “what gives you the right to deprive a disabled person the ability to use the lift? Are you being ableist?” They back right TF down, especially when on video. Only way I’ve been able to deal with elevator Karen’s and disabled bus seat Karen’s is to shame them loud enough that others can hear they’re harassing a disabled person

The First Lady wasn’t a Karen. She wasn’t rude while addressing the worker and even responded “lord” upon hearing that they only had 2 people working. I would say the only rude thing she did was walk up to the drive through window, but if she was late for an important meeting I think we can all agree that it is something a lot of us would do when stressed out early in the morning.
