idontsignin I think you'll always miss her. Living with loss is something everyone will eventually have to live with and the feeling never really goes away. But all your other feelings will grow over the years, so in comparison, it'll seem faded. People get better at living with loss. My Grandma is 93 and all her friends are dead, but she's also experienced soooo much in life, that all those experiences and memories and life lessons really outweigh the losses she's had. You'll always live with your losses, but you'll be able to handle it.
David Bowie's style, his music, his poise , and yes his sexy mullet as someone so aptly commented here....all had attitude and rebel written all over them. Bowie's Ziggy Stardust days were among his and the music of that time's *best*.
Never get tired of this track. I could listen to it 1 million times straight and it wouldn't get old. There's a few other songs with great guitar riffs but I'm not sure there's one that's more catchy, imo, than this one.

I don't actually like many other songs by Bowie, but my point was there's a huge difference between Bowie's other "Ziggy Stardust" material and this. Mostly because it's classic rock rather than glam pop, which most straight men don't enjoy.

I go back to February 1974 and this song leapt to number 5 in a week and the brilliance of this single was and the B SIDE amsterdam contains some lyrical content which leaves a lot to desire!. going back to REBEL REBEL a humdinger of Bowie,s best.
