I highly recomend you do NPC battles on maps that have NAVMESH and AI NODES. Flatgrass has neither of those and thus all the NPCs are blind. There are some maps with mediocre support for such like Bigcity and Genesis. Though the best ones are usually modified larger versions of gm_construct. Like if i remember correctly gm_construct_15? Or something or rather.
When it goes on sale it's basically dirt cheap I do recommend the game you can have a lot of fun with people on there and there's a lot of good servers with good people just try to stay away from the politics of it all
The algorithm XD so true. I saw the moon earlier and thought it looked like a tripod light covered by the carapace so I bought WOTW on prime and watched it again I love the thrill. I might get back onto gmod later and kinda want to check out grey skies.

I had a dream I was outside a building shining a laser at a security cam and it would drop the building hologram and reveal itself to be a tripod in disguise and chase me until I hide. I kinda want to top that it was frighteningly awesome but I want more lol.
I like the 2005 war of the worlds because they look cooler they have different types of machines and they have a shield while th 2019 ones only have one type they don't look as good and they don't have a shield thus making them easier to kill
