I was wondering if you were going to cover this model. I've seen reviews all over the board concerning the sound quality. I've also heard speculation that it was limited to sbc to give the battery life a bump (and look better in the specs) that LDAC would have depleted more quickly with the dual driver configuration (would have been nice to have the option, though). I think tuning is more important than codecs overall but it's a nice to have. It sounds like Edifier made these a step down from their Neobuds Pro in most areas and not meant to compete with or replace them and I suppose that makes sense given the general price difference. I'm not sure if you're planning to review them but Soundcore's most recent releases (the Space Q45 and Space A40) have been receiving a lot of attention and I would be interested in your take as I consider you a master at separating the hype from the reality. Thank you for another outstanding review, Andy! 👍
First I made a comment regarding the codec situation myself but it didn’t make the final cut as it was only speculation indeed. Not sure if I will test the Space series any soon but I’ll try to make it happen
I too respect your real life perspective, and would enjoy that comparison of the a40's to these as well. As always, beautiful production and looking forward to the next video, whatever it may be.😀🔥
@@ohhomer9382 there are loads of interesting new earbuds out there that I want to cover but unfortunately my resources (mostly time) are very limited at this stage.
@PhantomWoIf I actually found a setting that works perfect from reddit. Person says he knew a guy that worked for B & O And he set up this tuning profile, which is probably BS but it's really good
Hi sir I am planning to buy these earbuds earlier using Bose soundsport free jabra active elite 65t sennheiser momentum 2 Sony Xb 700 is edifier better than these I am a runner my priority is sound quality plz help
Thanks. I always look forward to your very practical and candid reviews. 05:47 This weird limitation imo is completely unacceptable in 2022. Why would Edifier do such a huge backward step for a new model?? I have the still excellent TWS1 Pro which has FULL functionality albeit via touch, but even my $15 Tranya M10B has full separated button controls. I was interested in a stemless TWS1 Pro successor from Edifier, but the W240TN doesn't appear to be it.

@@AndysTechTone Yes, it's fun how Real life can take so many turns. Be well my friend.
I just got a pair of this buds. Thank you for the review. Hoping that Edifier had different functions on each buttons.
hi, is it comfortable to wear for small ears? are they comfortable enough for traveling on a bus?
@@gigiesan hello, for me it is comfortable. Not sure though if it will be comfortable for you as we all have different ears.
this is great value buds for the money. thanks for another excellent review video
No worries Erkan, great buds indeed 👍
I'm a huge fan of these earbuds super simple but the audio quality is top notch If you tune them
The soundcore app is far superior
how to tune them ?

Do they have a multipoint option?
hello, if the comfort is only ok, what are the comfortable earbuds you've worn? have you tried liberty 3 pro?
Liberty 3 Pro, Air Pro 3, Sony C500, Jabra Elite 4 are all comfortable in my opinion
you said it not basshrad approved, what do you recommend for bass?
Earfun Free Pro 3
Which earbuds under 100$ would you say are best for bass heads? I was going to buy these but as you said these are not basshead approved.
Both the Earfun Air Pro 3 and the Soundcore Life P3 can deliver some hefty bass
Well Done Andy ✅🆒
How does this compare with TW1 Pro from edifier. Tws 1 pro has qualcomm aptx and IP65 ratings. And its cheaper.
Tws1 pro doesnt have anc and embient mode
any hissing noise?
Not really
Thanks. I always look forward to your very practical and candid reviews.

They can always upgrade the functionality via firmware update so let’s hope it will happen soon enough
Nobody said it - you can't ride your motorbike wearing it because of wind noise tooooooooo much! Yes, you have to put it off, that much wind noise.
