It's been a couple weeks since the Testfire and I forgot how much of a beast I was in that first match! Holy crap!! This is why I like to play these games during the testfires/first couple weeks of the release, since it's one of the only times I'm good at the game! :D
Seeing the splashdown symbol reversed makes me wanna cry
Splatoon 2 is so much of a different beast now then when it came out, Day 1 Splatoon 2 looks like a slightly better Splatoon 1 while now it looks completely different, and plays pretty differently too.
You know, it's really satisfying whrn the inklings cover their turf. It's all 3D and it's not just flat. I like how it's so satisfying it iss
All of the early music versions were so RAW. They had no sauce or spice like the final versions. Listen to the victory screen guitar to understand
I love the Pink vs Blue battles, pink and blue are my favorite colors

There were so many small differences in the global testfire than the actual game, and I'm surprised I actually noticed them

WOW the producers got funky with the music, (in my opinion) it sounds so much better now!!!!! Some of the singing didn’t really sound too “inkling” if you get what I mean, and Now or Never has almost completely different sounding vocals!! I also noticed that it shows the amount of deaths and kills in the screen after the match, and I wish they kept that in the current game :((( Still, it’s really fascinating seeing how the game turned out and seeing how it currently plays compared to the test fire is really cool!! Thanks for posting this!!!

Seeing the way people were battling with the inkjets was funny. Yeah hey we’re lining up to try to shoot each other and taking a while, where as now it constant mashing B and going into squid form while shooting.
He does the same thing I do in turf Wars, inking all the extra areas everyone else missed.
