    We know that the western diet has massively increased amounts of sugar over the past four or five decades while we've also seen a rise in cancer, could restricting sugar and carb intake deprive that jungle from getting established in the first place? I'm a two time cancer survivor and looking at different diets to promote health and wellness. Right now I've been doing keto for about 3.5 months and feeling awesome.

    • @tommykelly6840
      @tommykelly6840 2 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      The answer to that question is no. Sugars are a class of molecules. The sugars you are referring to are glucose and fructose, etc.
      more likely is that things just don’t kill us as often as they used to, hence more cancer. Don’t spread misinformation 😊

      As a south asian student who has been in the US for a year now and is horrified by your food taste and habit, just cut everything that is manufactured from industry. Literally everything. Cook in home and avoid canned or readymade food that is so prevalent in your western diets. Also donuts and pancakes are not breakfast, so don’t treat them as breakfast. Take a hearty and healthy meal instead. May be some rice with meat, fish and vegetables. Or may be make some homemade bread from wheat flours or any kind of flours. It would take a lot of time but it’s worth it cause your health is the most important asset that you have.

      It helps, but there is a shit tonne of pathways for glucose creation... Glutamine, pentose phosphate pathway, lol even fking lactic acid which cancer cells create thus allowing there own energy formation, but! Lowing carbs and getting rid of linoleic acid is a start.

      industrial sugar is NOT a food:
      it's a very much like an edible glue, when completed with industrial grains for a long time they are overtaking metabolism, burning out biochemical responsiveness of the immunologic capacity.
      precision medicine is the strong strategy for health care.
      industrial grains were meant to fight post WWII decades of hunger, and not ever to become the only self-rewarding competitive offer at the market store.

      It’s not just the outside of the cell that is important.
      The metabolism of the cancer cells require plenty of glucose, since their energy production is through fermentation rather than oxidative phosphorylation, which provides the energy for all of the normal cells of the body.
      By reducing sugar and carbohydrates, the Insulin levels will eventually reduce to normal.
      Raised Insulin levels are the cause of many man made ‘diseases’…!!

    कैरोलीन बरटोजी मैडम आपने जो पक्ष रखा उसमें नार्मल सैल पर भी शुगर कोटींग होती हैं इनफैक्ट आपने कहा सब सैल्स पर शुगर कोटींग होती हैं परंतु कैंसर सैल्स में सियैलीक एसीड बढ़ जाता हैं ऊपरी परत पर। कुछ पौधों में टोटीपोटैंसी का गुणधर्म होता हैं जिससे पौधे के सभी सैंल बन जाते हैं चाहे मैंरीस्टमैंटीक हो चाहे पैरनकाइमल हो चाहे वसकुलर बड़ल हो चाहे स्ट्रोंमा या ग्रैंना हो। हम देखते हैं गन्ने के नोडस में केवल एसे मैंरीस्टमैंटीक सैल पाये जाते हैं जबकी इंटरनोड़स पर अनुपस्थीत होते हैं। नये बड्स नोड से निकलते हैं इंटरनोड से नहीं और गन्ना पूरे विश्व में शुगर चीनी बनाने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता हैं। हमें नारमल ग्रोंथ और ओवर ग्रोंथ/कैंसर में अतंर समझना होगा। ज्यादा यूरीया देने से पौधों की ओवरग्रोंथ मतलब वैजीटेटीव ग्रोंथ होती हैं और गन्नै की शुगर मात्रा घट जाती हैं। हर पौधे के सैंल कार्बन डाइआक्साइड को फीक्स करके और पानी उपयोग कर C6H12O6/शुगर और 02 बनाते हैं। पौधा तो ज्वार का भी होता हैं और उसे हम जानवर को खिलाते हैं और वह दुध देता हैं जिसमें लैक्टोज़ शुगर होती हैं और लैक्टोबैसिलस बैक्टीरीया उसको फरमनटेशन द्वारा तोड़ कर दही में बदल देता हैं जो एसीडलैक्टीक से टाक दही खट्टी बदल जाती हैं। यहां मिष्टी दोई भी मिलती हैं। हमें उन बैक्टीरीया की खोज करनी चाहिए जो सियैलीक एसीड शुगर को अपना भोजन बनाए। आपने कहा यह सियैलीक एसीड खतरनाक नहीं हैं वरना तो अवर स्टोमक एसीड (Hcl fundic secretion) इज स्ट्रांग इनफ टू डीजौलव रेजर ब्लेड्स। हम हरबीवोर न होकर ओमनीवोर हैं भले ही सैल्युलोज डायजैस्ट न कर पाये कौम्पलैक्स शुगर सैलाइवा के टायलिन ptylin और salivary amylase द्वारा टूट जाता हैं। एमाउंट आफ सैलाइवा वी प्रोडयूस इनक्रीजेंज सडनली वैंन वी वोंमीट टू प्रोटैक्ट अवर टीथ फ्राम द एसीड इन अवर स्टोमक दैट कमस अप। ज्वार के पौधे में HCN धुरीन DHURIN होता हैं जो मक्का धान गेहूं के पौधे में नहीं होता। किसानों के लिए धुरीन मित्र भी हैं और शत्रु भी। धुरीन ज्वार को कीट आक्रमण से बचाता हैं और कीट की ओलफैक्टरी पांव में होती हैं और एक कीट सिग्नल भेजकर एंटीना से दुसरे कीट को आगाह करता हैं मरते मरते की पत्ते मत खाना वरना सब मारे जाओंगे। दूसरी तरफ जानवर ज्वार ज्यादा खाले तो HCN से मारे जाते हैं। अमरीका में मैंड़ काउ डीजीज होती हैं परंतु भारत में नहीं। Mammalian intestines contain multiple glucosidases which efficiently hydrolyze glycosidic bonds. Upon hydrolysis of the glycosidic bond, the aglycone of dhurrin rapidly degrades to form hydrogen cyanide which is then absorbed into the bloodstream. In arid environments, sorghum is the best option for cereal grain and fodder as it can withstand extreme drought conditions.Animals consuming the raw sorghum as fodder are much more likely to eat an amount that would contain a lethal dosage of dhurrin for their respective species and can result in animal loss due to hydrogen cyanide poisoning. कभी कभी एसा मेरे दोस्त कहते थे कि दिमाग की बती जलाने के लिए बिड़ी सुलगाओं परंतु मैं कहता था कि बत्ती फिर भी न जले तो। कहते थे जरूरी नहीं की बिजली की स्पलाई हो ही और ट्युबलाइट न जले हो सकता हैं तुमने स्टार्टर ही नहीं लगाया या चोक खराब हो या बिजली हो परंतु तार में डीफैक्ट हो और ट्युबलाइट तक न पहुंचे कुछ भी हो सकता हैं। इंसुलीन रैजीस्टैंस में सैल के भीतर ग्लुकोज कैसे पहुंचेगा। गलुकोज तो शरीर में बना हैं परंतु इंसुलिन नहीं तो सैल तक कैसे पहुंचेगा। पावर हाउस आफ सैल माइटोकौंड्रीया पर ग्लुकोज नहीं पहुंचेगा तो पावर कहा रहेगी। बिजली/ग्लुकोज की उर्जा किसी की जान(कैंसर)भी ले सकती हैं और वहीं उर्जा ट्युबलाइट को जला कर रोशनी से अंधकार भी मिटा सकती हैं। कभी कभी क्लास में बच्चे कहते थे पुरोहित की ट्युबलाइट देर से जली और मैं कहता था शुक्र हैं जली तो।
