Travel is SO hard these days. I hope that everything processes quickly! As someone from Maryland, it is fun though seeing your vlogs romanticize the DMV 😍 . And you are such a sweet daughter. I'd like to say this so as to ease ...or more accurately not add to the current stress you are dealing with due to the uncertainty of your current move timeline, don't feel (too much) like you might bother your parents or an inconvenience in their space, you could incorporate thinkings of all the positives this situation has given you that you might have not foreseen (e.g., some time to travel to New York, save on rent and treat your parent even more than you already are doing, discover new hobbies your adult self and your parents might enjoy, etc.). I hope your visa application gets approved at a record time so you can have a timeline to make future plans and you have a fabulous time in VA.
