As someone in their 30s, I can say they're better than your 20's. Almost everyone I know prefers being in their 30s to their 20s. Most of us, as women, spend our 20s feeling insecure about ourselves and really come into our confidence and authenticity in our 30s. Also, happy belated birthday! When I was 28, I had a similar pre-30 anxiety phase. I even had a solid vision in my head of me desperately holding on to a physical manifestation of Time (which was represented by some sort of mountain). I could not sleep! Now that I am past that, it really does not matter- what matters is what you want to do with your life, how you want to achieve your goals, making the most of the time you have right now, supporting people who are and have been by your side all this while. Kieun, I rarely comment on YT videos, but I wanted to thank you for bringing awareness to narcissistic relationship abuse. I really relate to your feelings and when I looked up the abuse out of curiosity to learn more, I realized that I might have been in a narcissistic relationship as well. Everything makes sense and now I feel like I can finally put the nail on the coffin to the person I've been idolizing. The emotional rollercoaster and feelings of not being good enough has really affected my self worth, but I'm so glad that I'm finally realizing the signs. Thank you for sharing this detail of your life for other people who might start to realize that they're going through some sort of emotional abuse in their relationship as well.

Live abuse free and the enlightened target are two others that are helpful. I have narcissists in my family. My mother is a covert narcissist. Grew up with psychological and emotional abuse. I tried getting help from adults in my life but they always sided with her and I was labeled a bad kid. The best thing is no contact but it's so difficult. I'm at low contact and slowly building more and more boundaries. Another thing that really helps is to create a new family of friends who are supportive ❤️ It's easy to want to shut out the world and protect yourself but we need each other and it helps from falling back on depending on our abusers. I wish you and everyone reading joy and more importantly peace 🌻💕✨️

Durian is a well known fruit here in the Philippines especially in Davao City (part of the Mindanao island) where it is abundantly grown. I never had the chance to try it because I am from Luzon w/c is another major island far from Mindanao. I am new to your channel. When I turned 30 I felt so sad like you describe, I had just ended an engagement to a basically scammer who used me for money but I was blind to it because like you, I was so broken from a longterm relationship with a narcissist in my late 20s and really believed I had found my soul mate, purpose, we bought my dream house together and then it all crashed and I just settled for the first 'nice' guy who came along, so don't do that! Happily, just after I turned 30 I started dating a coworker and we now have four beautiful kids and live by the beach. Life works out! I'm so sorry to hear you went through that horror but looking at you now it seems like a dream life and I know it will only get better and better.
