@@florinelzx6r I have to save my leave for the summer, my kids, my partner, my flying... I have to work in the winter - one more week in the Dolomites and that's me until the end of March - helps to have lots of happy memories though!! Col Rodella from the 23rd 🤞
Thank you! Fingers crossed for better weather! How was the Stellar in the comp? Was your glider dark colors with some orange stripes? I think we flew together some of the times...
@@florinelzx6r I flew the Yellow Blue Stellar RS. The dark orange Swing was flown by Benjamin van Dijk, and he's flying the Nyos RS 2. I like the Stellar, but compared to most gliders in the competition, it's a bit too slow. :)
@@florinelzx6r the absolute bush, man. Balklinten in northern Sweden. 200m high with low hills surrounding. A handful of good XC days a year and generally wet summers. I will be in Annecy for an siv in late September and hopefully some xc before and after...maybe I can fit in a Dourmalouse run. Thx again for posting your videos!
Definitely tricky... I went into that valley as there were some beautiful clouds forming above and I was quite sure I will get a strong core within the protected area from wind... I got some but way after my comfort altitude vanished. Lesson learned...
I really liked your comment about marshalls, it is so true! :D
Well done! Tnx for sharing!
Thanks for watching and see you at the next event, Marco!
Looks like a lot of fun!
Yes, it was, despite the weather not cooperating every day! I miss the action already!
Great to meet you again and fly with you this week, thanks for sharing the videos!!
Thank you! I had a good time and I think the organization really made the best out of the given conditions! See you soon! No Colombia for you?
