Yeah, it sucks when people play like that. Karl's are already overpowered compared the invader. If I find a map has been cleared and mined I usually quit.
15:31 why is it not allowed to follow him into the sewers and the submarine bunker? It’s a big place, doesn’t necessarily mean you know where he is if he does stealth or lays loads of mines for you.
It would need to reload the invader in a random location in the sub pen, so they would always be in front of you because it’s a linear map, so not allowing them in there is the right decision IMO. It probably also messes with the scripting at the end of the mission, because the game respawns a bunch of enemies in the pens when the subs are trying to launch.
I guess I gotta try more play against humans. Got tired years ago on COD of 6 year olds just stabbing me all the time. but SE5 seems like you get a fighting chance. Unfortunately for me I was a good 6 months behind the launch. Not that it would have helped much.
I'm not a big multiplayer gamer myself. I grew up playing TFC/Counter-Strike (from '99-'01) and Medal of Honor Allied Assault (Stalingrad Snipers only FTW, circa 2002), and after that pretty much stuck to single player games. I do now play Hell Let Loose occasionally because I like the teamwork, but apart from invasions in SE5, where its more of a battle of wits than skill a lot of the time, I still don't touch multiplayer games. Apart from co-op games, that is. I generally prefer to work with people than against them!
Very true, although there is an option to disable it on the invasion results screen which is where most people would see it, I think. Turning invasions off nerfed your XP when the game first released so many left them on and just kicked the invader every time. Fortunately they changed that in a patch months ago, removed the XP advantage for having it turned on and removed the kick feature, but I think maybe some people may still think the XP boost is still a thing and leave invasions on just in case.
If you mean difficulty settings, then yes, that's how the game mode works. The invader doesn't get to choose the difficulty and is bound by the difficulty of the host's game.
Started playing Axis today. Damn, a lot to deal with.
Take your time. Map knowledge is the most important thing!
Wolf Mountain is full of guys who are waiting to kill the invading sniper. I've also played with people that mine the invader spawn points.

wow this game looks incredible my friend, it was fun to watch

Hey do you have the invader setting where you have the same setting as host?

How the hell do you get a ppsh?
It’s included within the Landing Force DLC
