When I came back to India nobody recognized me.i was v dark in my child hood.teenage I became medium Complexion.then I remained same till I start my salad diet.i did this diet to become slim. Then I stopped.the good thing even after I stopped diet only 10 percent my fair complexion reduced.till today I remain fair only.im 73 years old now. As I'm not a salad lover I don't follow my diet.
