Thanks so much for posting. The second half of this, or more, is actually an abridged version of "The Surgeon's Mate" which follows the "Fortune of War". Other than the first 2 books, the Surgeon's Mate one of my favourites of those that didn't take them to shores, peoples, and wildlife that were very foreign to England. So much humour in this book and so many important events (Diana, Stephen and Jack captured twice) and interesting secondary characters like the clumsy and handsome Gedymin Jagiello. I urge anyone enjoying this to read the relevant books and/or listen the full audiobooks narrated by Patrick Tull.
Glad you like it - I put up as many of the O'Brian radio adaptations as I could, though I'm missing one of the readings from the early 2000s. All of the David Robb adaptations are present though, at least for now.
David Robb is a great radio presence - he also played Hannay in The Thirty Nine Steps (and its sequels) and Professor Challenger in The Lost World, both of which are on this channel also.
Thank you very much , this is my favourite author of all time . I'm happy you gave us the radio version !
Thank you very much for this.

Thanks these dramas are so good. Voice reminds me of Michael York. Also one of my favourite actors.
