    You have helped me so much Matt it’s great, I got over this anxiety/OCD loop. Do you have any tips for how I can overcome and not have panic attacks when I am under the influence of marijuana.

      @@naceeyy Honestly for physical sensations just letting them be as uncomfortable as possible for as long as they want they diminish quicker, don’t do it in a compulsive way. Don’t feel to get rid of, feel to feel. Ruminating thoughts wise, triple a response works great. Agree with the thoughts, Allow the thoughts, Attack the thoughts.       Drink water and flush it. Also eat something it distracts the panic attack. Listen to chill music that has no lyrics.
