This is gonna be a controversial opinion, but his last movie, Pathaan, which did huge numbers happen to be super woke, if you saw the movie you know what Im talking about (I'm saying this because I've seen comments asking to watch it). Im saying its controversial because after 2017 bollywood was going downhill in terms of movie qualities so other regional Indian movies were doing well. 2022 is the best example, 90% percent of the 2022 movies in India was dominated by regional Indian movie industry like Tamil (Kamal haasans Vikram happen to be one of them), Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada and Bollywood (nowadays Hollywood lite in terms of woke) got decimated. Yet Pathaan which got released this year (2023) happens to do well in numbers. Part of the reason why Jawan might work because of the director, music director and the editor for this movie. I think theres gonna be wokeism in this movie but I dont think it will overshadow/compromise the talents of the movie casts

It was about a old football player who is a gang leader and rowdy now coaching a women football team, it focused on female empowerment but also the movie was all about the hero, (His past, his relationship with his father, why he stopped being a footballer, his love)It is a bad movie in my view but the hero never becomes a secondary character or become a loser for the girls, He is an experienced footballer better than them and with every winning strategy and also deal with women's issues and it was a typical over the top action masala including everything it comes with.
Charlie angels the previous one knew what they are presenting and how to do it. While on the other hand the latest one director (banks) took it to different route that didnt knew how to present and what to. And blamed man for not watching it.😅😅😅
