    Hey mate love your channel and really enjoyed this video, I’m heading up to the cape in September and i am really keen on getting a Barra.What are your preferred lures to use for jacks and Barra? Also with ur camera are u using a chest mount or a head mount?

      Hey mate, cheers. Im using a go pro hero 9 with a head mount. Any 4-5inch paddle tail soft plastics will get anything from barra to jacks. Zman make high quality tpe soft plastics super durable the diezel minnowz are my favourite. Also zman mulletrons

    sick vid man, going up to cape york in a few months and not to sure on what size reel i should buy for a spinning rod. im thinking a 5000 any thoughts?

    • @Fnq_Adventures
      @Fnq_Adventures  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would run a little bit smaller in my opinion a 4000 is perfect but completely up to you and it depends what sort of reel you get because different brands have different sizes. If you are specifically targeting those bigger fish 1m+ a 5000 size reel would be fine but if you want to target all sizes a 4000 is a great all rounder

    • @maxwand9105
      @maxwand9105 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Fnq_Adventures do you think a 4000 will make you have a lot less of a chance at the big barras ?

    • @Fnq_Adventures
      @Fnq_Adventures  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@maxwand9105 no certainly not ive caught plenty of monsters on 4000 size reels thats the size i run now for all my barra stuff i think 5000 is just a bit to big
