Hey, there’s a new mod in HOI4 called “Shadow of France”. It zooms the map in on France and turns all other nations into wastelands, while France becomes a billion nations that all have 20 divisions.
It took me 2 hours to get 6 months in.

They only took the southern half of India because India is REALLY BIG in the real world and still pretty big in EU4. So you'd have to replace like all of Eastern Europe to make it fit without straight-up making India a bunch of tiny provinces.
