Beautiful, lot of planning with the technique. I can barely do free motion on my gammill. So so cute tablecloth.

Hi there! I just found this Video and love it. I have one question about your 10 needle machine. I saw that you scanned in the background and then placed the embroidery file where you want it to stitch out, so why do you still need to tell the machine where the top of the design is? Just something that is not quite clear to me. I would love to get a 10 needle machine and the one you used looks very good to me. I love all your videos btw. ! Thank you for all you do.

Is there a way to edit the orginal watermelon to get a statin stitch?

I'm sure there is, but that's embroidery digitizing that's beyond my skillset since I'm not a digitizer. I have Embrilliance Stitch Artist 1 and I'm sure it could do that, but I'm not savvy with the software. I really wanted the satin stitch too so that's why I chose another 'like' design that had the satin stitch and substituted it for the original after using the original as a size guide.

Where did you learn all the steps? That seemed like a lot of work. It did come out beautiful though!

The School of Hard Knocks! lol It WAS a lot of work, but this one is my favorite so far. :) This series is all about showing all the different options and variations you can use in your embroidery & quilting journey.
