I'm afraid to say this is not a good product. Too much plastic for a few vadas. It takes literally 10 mins including cleaning to make batter from soaked dhal.
I feel there is no safety. What happens if it slips from your hands the oil can splash on your face or hands. The old way is the best and safe way. Anything to deal with oil.. we need to be careful. Just a thought
No it's not easy... I can't make batter. My mixer grinder goes on strike every time I try grinding udad daal... It's like my mixer completes two rotation then realizes what i have put in and the very next sec it shouts " I Mmmmm onnnn strike" What I am left with is coarse chunks if daal neither fit to make maash ki daal nor can it be fried for vadas.... If you say its so easy then m I the only one who knows its not easy?

What you see in the video is correct. What you put in to the oil will not the same what comes out. It's blow up and comes out like a perfect wada. I regularly used this. It's amazing. I used only ID brand products. From Dubai, UAE
It is still available, at least in the supermarket near my place. Contact your local supermarket and order in advance. Since this product doesn’t have a long shelf life, they may not stock it.
@@Max6850 jeez man you aren't heating the plastic, plastic doesn't just dissolve into liquids by keeping them in plastic containers. if this is true you shouldn't drink water at all, all drinking water pass through plastic pipes, and you shouldn't just get scared because its plastic

@@aashusingh2217 just do a small experiment..prepare vada batter by yourself and place it a bowl.. On the other side, place this ID preservative batter.. Taste the batter each and every day..ID tastes same through out the year whereas the batter made by you will taste yuck in just few days..

Vada machine is available easily. And those are made from steel. I would not feed my family harmful chemicals of plastic.

Guitars and Cups ten to 15 min would do... infact soaking it longer for hours will make the lentils soak alot of water and the vada oily and soggy
