Welcome to another video from my Aikido seminar in Baarn, Netherlands in 2023, hosted by Ima Juku Aikido under the direction of Arjan de Vries Sensei.
I'm Lia Suzuki, and in this session, we explore standing kokyu ho with taller partners and later with smaller partners.
After intensive work on Iriminage, we practiced simple centering waza and standing Kokyu Ho.
