Killer+ is only a small increase in damage depending on the killer type. It really depends on the killer type.
There's only a few EX moves in the game rn: 9th Anni Kenny's EX Move is a giga massive boost in damage, 9th Anni Gremmy's is basically a Strong Attack that buffs allies and debuffs enemies, Hollow Toshiro's is a vortex that lasts for a very long time, Mukyu Shunko Soi Fon (Remake)'s is basically a long lasting lunge 💀, and Oh-Etsu's is essentially a very powerful Strong Attack. TDLR: every character has a different EX move in one way or another.
Killer+ is a excuse so klab doesn’t give characters double killers so they become less usable and they can sell more characters

If Killer+ was 80% it would be dope but its only 10% more than normal so its actually worse than double killers.
Another Persistence unit...guess I'll be pulling for Renji because he has debuff....renji and koma will be great shutting down 4 attributes, and renji will be debuffing next unit(most likely power)

Boy the two strongest characters have ex moves being anni gremmy and kenny.
EX move characters
1. Anniversary kenny - move is self sp boost atk that base does 160% damage and if you manage to have the 80% sp boost then the damage skyrockets to 360% or 380% sp damage can't recall which
2. Anniversary Gremmy move is team boost that does damage
3. Hollow Toshiro - ice trap that reduces in size
4. Mukyu Soi Fon - very long lunge that paralyzes and poisons
5. Anime Oetsu - very small aoe does good damage
6. Royal Palace Byakyua - shield damage
My only gripe is why doesn't Byakuya have long stride? Damn, he's outspeeded by Goatmmari

I too would like to know if and where the game explains the Exp move. Honestly, I wish the game just explained all the characters’ moves.

17:45 that's what I'm saying. We recently got tybw soifon who just got the 2017 tech aizen lunge which is the best lunge sa1 in the game that can clear the entire gq mobs. We rarely get sa1 thats really good for cc. That should be the point where klab get rid of the terrible lunge already.

@Spite having the (full stamina only) -6% reduce S.atk recharge have different multiplayer so it will be calculated as 1.14×1.06 ~= 21% but not 20%

Yea this only seems to help the whales. I didn’t refresh that much but I still needed it. Now I’m forced to fight against teams I have no chance against winning. At this point there’s no reason for me to try to get back into captain, I’ll gladly drop back to 3rd seat.

I don't exactly remember the increase of each Killer+ but I remember 9th Anni Kenny has Espada+ and it goes from the usual 33% (hope I remember correctly) to like 40% which isn't that bad but isn't that good either 'cause I would have prefered he had Arrancar + Espada killers if you feel me.
