So while others might view the word "connect" as a fail for 2020 (hello, pandemic--talk about the MOST disconnected year), it most definitely was a connection year for me. 😊❤

I started a second Master's in 2022 and my goal is to complete this degree this year and to apply to a Ph.D. program in Psychology. Also, I have set the goal to be able to purchase a home for my family this year.

I went ahead and grabbed your Notion template. 🪴 One question: I find this setup awesome for projects that have a clear beginning and end, but I'm struggling to make it work for long-term, skill-based goals like "Learn Italian" or "Get better at drawing/illustration". Since these are more abstract goals without a clear end date, I find it really hard to keep myself accountable / track my progress. Do you have any tips on this? How do you handle your Korean learning for instance?
It would be interesting to know if you generally like to plan your goals on a quarterly basis? If you want to have 500,000 followers on TH-cam in 2023, is that 4 goals for 125000 followers per quarter?
I bought the template and it's absolutely amazing. If I can give some feedback tho...it would be great to see your weekly tasks on a monthly calendar as well...I like to see a monthly overview of what I need to do... :) but maybe that's just me....
Can you please share your itinerary for Korea? It's on my long list for top travel places! I also love that you are going to switch to more long form TH-cam videos. Hi Jules, totally loving your calm content, its just bring so much peace and what's more to say - practicality! The notion layout is simply a game-changer. I have a question though, where do you create your 2023 tasks? I see that you backlink it to your quarterly focus page.
My problem is always overloading myself with goals/tasks - projects seem like they won't take much time until I break them down into smaller pieces and then I realize I don't have enough time in a day/week to actually do that much (especially since I'm struggling with chronic fatigue). Trying really hard to not let this be discouraging and set reasonable goals for 2023 that will still let me feel like I'm moving forward.

Love this one, Jules! Goals I achieved this year, improved my conversational Spanish, led two big design projects which led to bigger projects for my team. Some goals I’m thinking through for the next year: conversational fluency in Spanish, create art for the people I love (including myself!), and focus on a couple of professional skills. Something that also came up for me is something I’d like to let go of: the hustle. For so long I’ve always had a side hustle, something that’s generating money, but that isn’t particularly enjoyable. I’d like to explore what it feels like in Q1 to not be scheming about how to turn my hobbies into income. I’m tired. With that in mind, I think my word of the year will be generosity. Thanks again for this great series and to Notion for supporting your contribution!

One of goals for the new year is to take "Me Days". I am the person that is always doing something for school, organizations, church. etc then end up getting overwhelmed as I do not take breaks. So I hope to add "Me Days" to my schedule and have people around me that support that.

I hopped on the Notion train early last year after seeing your tour video! as someone with severe anxiety, being reminded of my core values, goals and literally everything under the sun that I find important to me through incredibly structured, personalized form in Notion has been more healing than therapy. it makes the daily decisions significantly easier. more importantly, it makes it much easier to stay true to myself.
