    Loved this video Laura. I was wondering about Real Estate Photography. Here in Boston the Real Estate industry is massive and every time I look the website for new homes, the pictures are always a disaster.
    This is a niche I’m most interesting in.

      Thank you so much! I’m glad you liked it! 🥰 Omg yes! Real Estate is actually huge. As you said, many companies have very bad photos. You can create a nice portfolio (if you don’t have it yet), and start approaching those companies. There is a lot of money to be made in the real estate sector.

      Get good at HDR Bracket shots to handle the variable lighting in a house. There are plenty of decent real estate photography video's.

    Laura, your videos are always so inspiring and full of positive ideas that are very workable. Thanks for doing this in an online world where most people get clicks by selling bad news. You don't do that, you've always got a better insight into what photography and business is really all about.
    By the way, you mentioned your accent - a beautiful Spanish lilt to your English. I lived in Seville and Madrid for a few years. I couldn't understand the Sevillano rapid-fire way of talking! Madrid and the North grabbed my heart.
    I think that you have the Arnold Schwarzenegger affect - your way of speaking English is infectious and very pleasant to listen to - it's part of the joy of listening to your videos.
    Saludos y Cheers!
    Sean

    Hi thanks so much for your videos. They’ve been so helpful.
    You mentioned about selling licenses of your photos, how does that work? Also have you got to share a template to ask people’s permission to sell or post on social media their portraits in the uk? Oh sorry and what RGB light do you use? I couldn’t find that in the list below your videos sorry.
    Thanks in advance x

    Hey Laura!
    Is it possible to sell our photos in Stock Photography in every niche? For example product (with model) photography? Because if we work with brands, isn’t it better to keep them directly for the brands than going on stock photography?
    Thank you ❤️

      In London there are incredible photographers. But there are also a lot of clients and businesses so that helped. 😊 Also, focusing so much on my work with music artists. There are many portrait photographers but I specialise in creative press shots. So many clients prefer to shoot with me because of that. ❤️

    Thank you so much for all you do! Recently I finished 2 months photography courses. I planned to visit them several years ago. Could do this year. My vision and style is...a bit different. I like more dark aesthetic and try to create some light photos as well. Mostly I like to shoot flatlay and recently liked the food photography. But take pics of people too. That goes harder. Anyway, does anyone interesting in dark aesthetic photography or it's better to change it into the way of something light?
    P.S. I'm in love with your photos! They're wonderful and I want to do closer to them. 😄 Editing as well. I'm on my slow start😅

    Hi Laura! I have a question about wedding photography. Do you think knowledge of local language is essential to enter this niche? Currently I'm living abroad and my knowledge of local language is far from perfection. 😁 And in general - do you think learning local language in the country I'm living in necessary to make a proper photography career?
    Thank you in advance for your response, your videos are really informative and inspiring, and at the same time fun to watch! 😊

    • @JosefFoti
      @JosefFoti ปีที่แล้ว

      In my opinion it kind of depends who you want to target. Like in places that are attractive for tourists and visitors in general, you can shoot destination weddings (basically, a couple arrives in a specific location to have a wedding there) which can mean that you work a lot with foreigners and can use English. But if you want to aim at locals, then I would recommend to learn the language as much as you can but if your level isn't perfect, it shouldn't be a problem. I know two photographers here in Czech Republic, one is originaly French and he has a strong accent when he speaks Czech and sometimes makes mistakes but he has a lot of clients, the other is half Czech, half Croatian and as she was raised mostly in Croatia, the also makes mistakes when she speaks Czech but I think it's more important to be friendly and know how to work with clients because wedding photography first and foremost is a client service (this goes before photography itself) so if you are helpful and easy-going, it would definitely overcome the limited language skills.

    Laura according to your advices, if I already sent a photos to Adobe Stock, and they accepted them for sell, can I also send the same images to Gettimages or Shutterstock at the same time, or since that time, they have rights for them only? I think you have better knowledge! Thank you!

    • @LauraBC
      @LauraBC  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Adobe Stock is non-exclusive which means that you can upload the same photos to other non-exclusive websites. Getty Images is exclusive. You can’t have the same photos in Getty Images anywhere else. However, Shutterstock is non-exclusive, you can upload the same as in Adobe Stock there. 😊❤️

    • @pentagramyt417
      @pentagramyt417 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LauraBC Oh, this way! Thank you Laura! I will remember..! At the end, I think adobe prices are higher than anywere else but I rarely can sell anything (happens, but meh)! Very specific stock. I think it's more for companies of buisness area (portrait photography stock) or product photography, than wildlife ones.

    • @LauraBC
      @LauraBC  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@pentagramyt417 Yes, in my experience, Adobe pays more than Shutterstock. Commercial portrait photography sells very very well, or portraits in nature. Shoot with family or friends as it’s easy to get the model release. 😊 Using people in your photos will give you more profit. Wildlife, I sell via Getty Images. I never uploaded wildlife in Adobe so don’t know how good or bad it sells over there. 🙏🏼

    • @pentagramyt417
      @pentagramyt417 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LauraBC I think It can be different with videos Laura but I haven't tried it yet. Photos are not in demand probably. These could be good as you said in video for calendars but maybe not for stocks. Videos could be more in demand, so I will try to focus on wildlife videos there at Adobe, and maybe photos on Getty. Maybe that combination will work! I think you are more with it on daily basis so you can try with videos!

    • @pentagramyt417
      @pentagramyt417 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@LauraBC One more thing, because isn't the "Exclusive" status means, that you can't sell them as your own product from that moment? Like, you put an image on Getty, they accept it, you earn money on that image on their stock, but you want to print that for sell for other clients, so then you can't do that? Or that only means you can't have the same image on different stock? 😅😅

    • @ozarksdigitalcreations9254

      @@InfernophotographyWith Boudoir you make the majority of your money by selling photo print packages to the client during the photo reveal. Boudoir is a very delicate niche that is more than just lingerie and nude photography and one you want to practice extensively before marketing it.
