Since you are late for the apex do you have to turn in quicker? Would that create an oversteer ? Thank you
You HAVE to turn slower, because the line is tighter thus you don't have grip.
If I understand you correctly, Yes. You do turn in quicker because you are creating a sharper angle. However, Late apex you are also straightening out earlier, so your overall time turning is less compared to the early apex or Ideal line.
