Looking good. Love the rebuild on your GT6.About 7 minutes in you mention 2 holes your not sure what they are for. Are they for the occasion rear fitted to some models? They would lay down and those holes could be where the pin on the latch hooked into.

I cut mine with a jigsaw and finished sanding with a small belt sander.
