DVH Live CJ4 VFR flight , Chaotic ATC Not a normal flight

not a first time, but ATC looks running with two towers control weather station out of control ( set up is with Real Weather and real Air traffic, ( sort of ) but not applying correct to the Simulation Absolute BAD Issue with in USA traffic (It can't be use in bussies airports
