I have this love/hate relationship with the british techtree. Planes are fairly good, especially the spitfires and the m109 and fv4005 are just funny tanks, with the fv4005 just being a pure fun machine. And then you hit a kv85 somewhere and get his driver and hit his ammorack which doesn't explode. If it wasn't for the churchill mk7 I would not have been able to get those vehicles as fast as I did. Thing is a bunker which many fail to penetrate even in uptiers and the germans just pen you everywhere because why wouldn't they. It is just funny being able to angle and thus have 4 people bouncing you for what seems like an eternity. But it also seems kinda excessive if you kill a sturer emil with the fv4005
So you have this thing with KV too? These suckers somehow bounce off everything (128 in turret and hit, the fuck is that? I wouldve understood if it just non-penned, but it did, just no damage!) and survive ammoracks ( i blew 2 of them on the guy today, he shrugged them off like nothing) like no big deal. I guess that where T-90M hull blowout panels went.

I was flying the Lancaster on Abandoned Factory a while back, and the enemy had completely taken over the A point and were shooting into my team's spawn. Because I had no teammates on A, I dropped a 12,000lb bomb there and took out five enemies. On my way to the airfield, I looked behind me and saw at least five planes spawn. I commented in the "All" chat that it looked like I had thrown a rock at a wasp nest, and someone on the other team replied with "You did lol". The blockbuster is a fun bomb.

Its hard. No one listen anyway, i just saw 3 zombies driving on point with few enemy guys, after Pe-8 announced nuke. They were outside of blast radius somehow at least, but that how bad is average WT player.
I do when I can but sometimes you don't have time. The M22 was stuck in a trench so it wouldn't have changed anything anyway in that case

I don’t understand the hate on British AP and APDS rounds :( Like I get it, they don’t do as much damage as you’d like. But like just aim man, AP and APDS can kill in one shot most of the time. Just gotta shoot a shoot where the crew overlap or ammo is present.
Good example is 9:38 he could’ve so easily just shot it side on with Shot Mk 8 obliterating the Bow Gunner, Gunner, Commander, and Loader.
But he aimed to high and waited too long, and so the Panther came to face hin directly. At which case APDS would go through the UFP decapitating the Driver, and crippling the Gunner and Commander from the waist down.
Mostly just because of how much of a handicap APHE is since you don't have to aim.
Sabot also tends to be on the more inconsistent side, as it isn't creating as much spalling as it should and you're mostly relying on a subcaliber projectile for most of the damage. Especially 17pdr sabot which has only gotten worse over the years. You can be pretty accurate and the overall lack of spalling and randomness of it can just not kill the crew or modules you were aiming at, as well as the fact that the 17pdr for whatever reason, especially with sabot, can be fairly inaccurate at range, despite it being a rather accurate cannon historically.
It would be funny if they made APHE realistic for just one day (no longer a dynamite stick in a safe; they shatter often and do a tiny bit more spalling in the cone) and suddenly British tanks become the best of all because their AP shot is actually competent.
