Keep going kid. Practice your basics as well. Learn your scales and keys. I am old and played a cello all my life. I took up piano a few years ago and leaned more about how music is put together than I ever leaned on the cello
I'd prefer it if you would play each section at normal speed so we'll have the melody in our heads. Then break it down. Otherwise, it just sounds like random plucking with no context.

I have been playing piano for a year now, and this song was the one that made me play, it seemed super hard back then but now I learned it in about 3 hours or so. If its too hard I recommend going to easier pieces and as you gain some experience it will be way easier.
