So you said at one point that you did not know what snake oil was and did not know it actually comes from snakes. I hate to tell you this but snake oil doesn't exist snakes don't give oil at all. The term comes from merchants who would try to sell items that were not real and did absolutely nothing including snake oil. It was a popular scam practice in the wild west.
Tips & Tricks: 1)don't go for the headshot upgrade with the piercing weapon; the multiplier only applies to the head segment, so most of your damage is unaffected. 2) It's very tempting to just buy the same snakes over and over. Resist this temptation until you've actually seen all the snakes, because some are better than others for a given build. Tiger Snakes are great for the piercing weapon, for example. 3) Of there aren't any upgrades you *really* want, just save your teeth. The final weapon upgrades are insanely powerful and you really, really want to be able to afford them by day 9 at least. 4) Depending on the situation, getting wrapped up by a snake can actually be a very good thing. Like if the last snake is a loot snake (lots of health, not very dangerous), getting wrapped up is completely safe and will help you kill it with fertilizer (damaging aura).
It was sold as a cure-all, INCLUDING snake bites. But the idea is they sold it as "It's a miracle, it will cure your skin lesions, and your snake bites! Drink it, you'll work twice as hard, put it on a rash, it will heal up in two days, rub it on your horse it will make their coat nice and shiny, give your breastfeeding wife a break and give it to your baby, she'll grow up to be extra fertile, give it to your son, it will fix those tremors he gets from that time he got kicked in the head by the mule,".
I was always told the term snake oil was actually made from snakes at one point and was sold as a medical treatment for various ailments but didn't actually work, hence why when con men peddled their cures for ailments from town to town that didn't actually work they called it snake oil and that's where the term came from
Depends. In the old west, absolutely. I think in China though there is a water snake that they legitimately get oil from that has a bunch of omega 3 in it and it's used in all sorts of traditional medicines.

The side of the snake doesn’t hurt it doesn’t look like they curl back on them self very easy so shoot head push in beside the snake and target the head while sitting next to the body so your fertilizer kills
Wouldn't a snake be the engineer of the natural world? Arms and legs are inefficient architecture-y and eating once a month, highly efficient. Plus the shape.... Pretty strong engineer shape.
I don't think you realize that because the Trowel is a piercing weapon and relies on doing its damage multiple times (look at all the numbers), the headshot damage upgrade does almost nothing.

this game was fun for a run, but it got boring afterwards. maybe I got my hopes up too much for a $3 game. I completed a few runs and refunded it. it just feels like there's isn't enough variety and there's no point in completing a run besides a new high score, which I don't care about. yeah, there are a decent amount of snakes, but it it feels like there's barely any weapons to choose from. if you don't care about your high score, there's nothing stopping you from only buying a single snake in a run and just defeating it over and over again.
