Hi, thanks for sharing! super helpful. I heard that carbon handlebar can't be clamped too hard. I'd imagine you need to clamp quite hard to secure the x3. Do you have issues clamping on carbon handlebar so far? did you just tighten the clamp mount by feel until it's secured? I'm worried my carbon handlebar will be damaged. thanks again!

@@rasconivlek Yeah, It’s better to put a cloth or maybe a layer of something thick when you clamp it. This way it won’t damage the handlebar, I clamp it pretty tight though 😅 So far no issues even going through hard bumps, the clamp will eventually loosen as well if you go through hard bumps. I highly recommend you put on a layer of cloth or something just to protect your handlebar.

Nice! I’ve been looking for a mount for my aero bars also..are you using the carbon fiber stick that comes with the 3rd person bike handlebar mount?

Initially yes but it flex too much! I’ve remove it since.
