Learned a lot from you three,have spastic Myelopathy walking/gait unbalanced had MRI etc. spurs,72 year old ex commercial aircraft mechanic,so lot of hard work. Really enjoyed the presentation and the humor and candid views which help ease me.

What do you do with complex presentation such as upper motor neuron lesion, white matter loss, and stenosis with some CSF loss to the cord in the cervical region?
