I’d love if you did a series breaking this down once you feel like you understand it better. I’d love to develop this skill for a sport I play.

Basically teaches how to "find your core" that's been lost in alot of modern karate. This muscle group can get overused as well. If you overdo your training when you first start learning how to engage it on punches and "blocks".

    Sensei,
Would you consider doing a "healthy eating for karate" type video?
    Oss.

Dear Sensei ..I am just wondering does the technique from Fujiwara Sensei can be applied in board breaking or brick breaking demonstration.. please forgive my ignorance. I can't help but wonder.

This sentence is Google translate. There are three trainings that you can do by yourself other than those introduced on this channel.
・Put both hands on the back of the head. Place your toes, knees, and elbows on the wall. Stretch your body in that position.
・Sit up straight(seiza) and press the Bullworker to stretch your body.
・Press the bo staff against the ground in various positions to develop the feeling of stretching the iliopsoas muscle.
All training is effective but training using Bullworker gave me the feeling that my iliopsoas muscles were being strengthened.

      @@user-pc1oz2ms8j thank you very much.
can you also give us the videos that show those exercises, if you don't mind. even just their titles are ok, if possible.

Excellent material but the truth behind strength comes from confidence understanding you are the technique and what you use to build all Techniques you hit a sandbag that weighs a ton you'll have power beyond belief if it weighs 800 lbs hitting the are you're not going to gain any you know power you can have excellent you have to spar and you have to hit in and have an object but always be confident in any shape or form or fashion will there be natural weapons or using weapons and this is the truth of fighting since the dawn of time when all the fighting Arts were invented by the various militaries or the Shaolin the point to protect and defend and to be superior to read the enemy to always be ready to be sharpened all senses to always adapt to every form of fighting to never be confined or restricted by this way being better than that by any prejudice is all they need any rules down or suffering from any lack of confidence or fearing death because you shouldn't be afraid to live life and always strike from any position and to be prepared for every position and as always excellent content be well always keep building to become better and enjoy the path 👊
