Two Raccoons.. The Different Between Their Tails

The different between the raccoons tail.. One raccoon has all of the colors run together.. the colors are dull looking.. looks like the colors blends together.. But the other raccoon has Sharp edges on the rings around his tail.. he has bold looking colors..
