Being a firefighter paramedic my self I can only imagine what was going through my brothers minds my thoughts and prayers oar with Craig's family.

He most likely had undiagnosed hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. It causes dilation of the atrium which predisposes people to go into arrhythmias, one of which is ventricular fibrillation, which is a medical emergency (many people outright die from it.) This was very likely v fib, which is why the chest compressions were necessary. He’s lucky he lived.
