元ネタはMan In The Suitという海外の方が制作されたアナログホラー動画です。
まだ着ぐるみを用いて特撮の撮影をしていた頃、何らかの理由でスーツアクターの体が着ぐるみの中で溶け、ゴジラの骨格として再構築され、独自の意思を持った存在へとなってしまう、という内容です。

Well the origins of this guy is from an analog horror, and I believe this was a title for the first video I think. (I also think this is where the line "are you alone" comes frome too)

Adding onto the first reply, the Analog Horror this is from is The Suitmation Trials, in which the Godzilla suit (and if i remember correctly, the other costumes aswell) are alive and control themselves when people are wearing them, this being the reason the man in the suit is screaming in the sprites.
