I'm honestly so speechless...
This gets me really emotional because, yes we're all guilty of feeling regret and fear of being judged and stuff, but we let that take control of us and our lives most of the time, which is a very scary thing to think about if you're willing to dig deep enough.
I think we're all still learning to navigate ourselves through this seemingly living hell that we know as life, but it never has to be this way forever if we all just stop and wake ourselves up properly. I'm learning to feel more free of my mind and how it can have a mind of its own and suddenly i've been thinking thoughts that have been weight-crushing for me. I feel so free right now in this moment in life currently however where I know that I can say, think or feel anything I want to feel. Spending about over a decade in education really didn't help most things, i felt that i almost couldn't talk to anybody about how i was feeling where i had felt alienated or isolated and feelings like that.
Deep down, nobody is in control of yourself but you... do things how you think they should be done, and if people despise it then they don't even know the half of it...

I had a childhood buddy who joined a crip set, went to youth authority for a murder was eventually released then was convicted of an attempted murder and did 12ish years as an adult. I'm going to be honest, I used to think Kanye was an arrogant asshole cause of the media but I started to listen to some things he was saying and he slowly completely changed my mind about him, which is not easy to do. Not only has my mind changed, but now I agree with most of the things he says and see how the media takes pieces of things he says and completely turns them around to sound menacing and out of context. It seems like he also has matured a lot, and I completely understand people can change cause I'm not the same person I was even a few years ago.
