Street racing goes on everywhere and has been since cars were made. If the cops arrest 1 person, they have the arrest every single person who street races all over the world. Just because someone makes a video of street racing and reports it to the cops, the cops have to step in and arrest the person. There's crimes that are more important that the cops have to worry about than just racing. That's why there's so much crime out there because the cops spend their time on small things rather than the more important things. They should be catching serial killers, cold blooded murderers, drug traffickers and stuff like that than dealing with easy shit like traffic violations.
The whole police force doesnt consist of 1 guy. If you knew anything about police, you would know different officers are assigned for different duties. He wasn't driving 198 while the video zoomed in on the top speed portion of the display cluster. The 198 mph is the top speed that specific hellcat has done. He could've done 198 mph six months ago and the top speed would still register the same. He absolutely was not driving 198 while the video was being shot.

That's just the recorded top speed. If you look at the analog speedometer he's only doing 40 mph. There are plenty of ways to log 198 mph ( or kph which is only 124 mph) without actually going that fast.

He's possibly dumb, although he provides less evidence to that end than you do for yourself. It looks like the car has a function to track the highest speed you've hit. He's actually stopped when he shows off the 198 and it says 'top speed' on the display, that's why there's no bouncing or anything. The news people were wrong when they said 'here's the video of him going 198'. They only showed the end of the clip lol.

This video is fake. Look at the RMP's 1500? at 198 MPH. Look at the analog speedometer, reading just under 40 MPH. Plus engine light and tire pressure light are on. Vehicle would go into limp mode before he could reach 100 mph. What a DA.

Dodge vehicles come equipped with a top speed feature which saves after the highest mile per hour, its best not to call anyone a dumbass if you don't know what you're talking about Sometimes something minor like rich exhaust bank will trigger the CEL light on a tuned engine. It takes less than a couple of seconds to clear it and be on your way. Lowering the tire pressure helps with traction...

Kevin Venson because any type of dodge vehicle has readers in the pcm and computer that read your best 0-60,60-0,0-100,60 foot,top speed and all that automatically so after that run he went into the performance pages and was showing the car has truly reached that speed.
