I find it really strange that this simple little cli utility (that the author has even abandoned) which does nothing more than cpu-z in text form, is proving to be such a big deal/craze that everyone in the open source community needs to make a video about it. Am I missing something? Why all this obsession about neofetch srsly
He didn’t abandon it. He just chose to archive it and list it as not being developed any further. It takes time he may no longer have to commit to it. Sometimes that’s just life
Bro, tell me how can I use Syncthing with Joplin!! Like from Android to Android or, android to PC (my PC is potato PC tbh) (You replied with a forum last time, remember) Help me pleaseeeeeeeeeeee!! Can't find the default root directory, I need to root my phone to access it... But I don't want to root.
I've been using fastfetch for more than a year now but just for cuteness I use pfetch. I placed pfetch at the end of my .zshrc si everytime I start zsh I have this mini fetch.
I have two kinds of color blindness. My vote is for the purple background... 🤗 The red text on a black background makes the text an overexposed blur..... Such is life.. lol.
Most of these "fetch" apps have a "disable packages" option that greatly speeds the execution because it doesn't have to grab the number of software packages installed.

It's just handy, and easy to show in a forum if someone asks "What are you running it on?"
For flexing on r/unixporn

the sheer amount of dependencies this fetch apps are trying to pull (except cpufetch) means an instant ban for them on my systems
It is a lot, but it's something people really like to display.

I don't use Android, so not sure of the specifics. I'm sorry about that.

I'll check out pfetch too.

Wow. I've met people who have red on black color blindness, but not where it becomes overexposed. Good new, purple background is the Ubuntu default.
