Those seats remind me of the train from Nairobi to Mombasa, the army had been told to leave Kenya so we had a week down on the Silver Sands of Mombasa.before leaving for the UK this would be about 1962/3 I was in the REME attached to the 3rd RHA
I'm unable to get there as it is too far apart from the occasional visit. I have however, joined the trust and recommend anyone and everyone to do the same - it is worth it for the magazine alone!
